While we went at noon, the music and decor were as relaxing as an evening or even late- night event. Our server Simeon was professional and committed to make our meal a memorable one. At our request, he described different dishes, telling us what he recommended and what to expect. He was attentive without hovering. The food was as outstanding as was the service. I was really looking forward to this place but I have high expectations for a $16.00 burger. it was thin (the new trnd is called smash that means thin) and cooked to a point that lost it juices.(not that I was asked how I wanted it cooked) its a cozy ..ok cramped space but cool vibe but sorry waaaaaaay over priced for the quality of food we were served our server was ok. I went there with my lady to celebrate Saint Valentines in advance, and we were so happy to spend our time there. “My family and I was there today to celebrate my mothers birthday, we ABSOLUTELY loved the food them ribs are to die for, however the memorable part was our server Tonya, I think I’m saying her name right, she was AMAZING I mean she engaged with my mom and son like if she was apart of the Family and THAT took us right away, the only downside was by the time we had received our drinks she was no longer our server which REALLY upset my mother, However the new server was nice she just wasn’t her,,, we LOVE the spot and enjoyed the whole atmosphere and my mother and Family DEFINITELY will be back we just hope that we run into that server Tonya again!!! “This used to be one of our favourite breakfast joints but the last couple of times had been less than stellar. That was a few years ago so we decided to give it another try. I'm happy to say they've regained their old form and this trip as everything was as good as we remembered from a long time ago. We especially always liked their breakfast and was what we got here. I tried a Kentucky Hot Brown which was a bed of biscuits covered with 2 fried eggs, bacon, turkey, cheddar jack, hollandaise sauce, crab, and tomatoes which left off of mine. It was a superb breakfast as it had a great base of biscuits and all of that delicious meat on there. They put just the right amount of sauce on there as it flavoured it perfectly without overpowering it. High recommendation for that dish. My wife loves their breakfast bakes and enjoyed the Surf And Turf one. The service was great the atmosphere was tremendous, and for us the Bellevue Bistro is back in the upper echelon of breakfast restaurants.“
