I come to this location frequently and I’ve never had an incorrect order until today. I specifically asked for a snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard, and when I got to the window to pay, the cashier repeated just “cookie dough blizzard”. I corrected him so as to make sure it was the snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard I had ordered and he said “oh, I didn’t hear that. but I’ll remake it” 5 minutes later, he comes back to the window and hands me the now melting cookie...read full review
For whatever reason, this location never gets the order right. Tonight it was the wrong Blizzard. Two other trips it's been the wrong drink and wrong burgers. This was my last trip here, at least for a while.
This Dairy Queen sucks. I’ve had two bad experiences back to back and I will not be going anymore. The last time my boyfriend and I ordered chicken strips and our strips were literally all breading and no chicken and extremely hard to chew.A few weeks later some friends and I came and dined in. We all had ordered different blizzards but could not eat them because they tasted like spoiled milk.
