“Cookies are always good. But ordered through the app and they were apparently out of the normal cookie so they gave us the minis of that one. And the amount of minis given compared to the size of the normal cookie was definitely not equivalent.“

“My daughter and I just tried this place for the first time after riding by it so many times. I didn’t realize we only had 6 minutes till close today but the person behind the counter was so nice to us and was patient till we knew what we wanted. The tall guy working at the window gave us amazing service he communicated so well, explained all the Blizzard flavors in detail, and helped us pick the best one. “Everything was great and my family enjoyed our meal. Staff was friendly and the dining room was clean. My only issue was the gluten free bun. It wasn't the greatest but I know its not really their fault, most gluten free breads aren't that good. I still ate the burger though.“

“Christian went above and beyond tonight, for over an hour the line was out the door. I watched these 2 workers scoops and mix for an hour before it was my turn and low key I felt so bad but I ordered 2 triple pints- one birthday remix and one coffee cake. Christian told me the coffee cake was his recipe and he was so proud of it- not only was the ice cream mixed to perfection- that coffee cake was the best thing I’ve ever tasted. The total was $40 and the tip was also $40- but tbh they deserved more. Everyone was hustling tonight despite being absolutely slammed. They stayed positive and smiling the whole time. Give them kiddos who worked tonight a raise because they were in the TRENCHES and came out on top. Seriously Christian, come work for me- you’ve got a great attitude and you go above and beyond.“

“My friends and I walked in yesterday a bit before close, we didn’t want to intrude on closing but the employees were still very kind and wanted to serve us anyway. One of the employees was pretty chill and gave us a little show tossing the ice cream into the air and catching it for us. The energy in the building was great and I’d happily come back with my group again!“

“I will be the first to admit, I am super picky with my food and I normally have special requests. I made an order at the drive thru today, asking for some modifications. I got to the window expecting someone to be annoyed with me, but no, they were super nice! And guess what? They got my order 100% correct and delicious! Way to go Freddy’s staff, I appreciate y’all!“

She was so friendly, so good to my son, helped him get ketchup, wouldn't let me get up because I'm almost due to have my baby, and even paid for our dessert- which was wonderful. My son said it was the best day ever because of her.“
