“My family, and I just found this place. All 5 of us are DELIGHTED. We almost didn’t stop, because we were expecting a big building. THANK GOD, we took a chance and went in! This food was nothing short of AMAZING. The owner was beyond hospitable, the food was fresh, the kitchen was clean (97% recent Health Inspection) the prices were reasonable and the quantity of food was double portioned! We are still talking about this dining experience. Nothing makes us happier than finding authentic jewels like Zaki. We can’t wait to get back to Lexington.“

“Was going through Lexington to see my family and this place caught my eye, curiousity killed the cat, had to see what it was about.. Very friendly staff and plenty of cool things to buy. Loved the candles and drip recipes.. Ower was a very beautiful lady who was extremely polite and helped me with choosing frim the menu. “We ate here after Big Blue Madness - it was nice to get away from the chaos of downtown. We had eaten at other restaurants like this but not this particular location/chain. Upon entering there were only a few customers and we noticed plenty of staff working. There were several dirty tables so I’m going to assume they had been busy previously. The staff member greeting us was very helpful but the staff who made pizzas and ran the cash register were vague and didn’t speak loud enough to where we consistently had to ask them to repeat themselves. Our pizzas came out hot and tasty and they had blood orange lemonade that was fantastic. Would eat here again.“

Cozy settings and lots of parking. I like Olive Garden and this one in Lexington is a very good one. I got soup and salad. Great minestrone. Always love the salad.

“Absolutely my favorite place to grab a bite in Lexington. There are no longer any Taco Tico restaurants close to London. Bean burrito covered in cheese mild sauce. That's been my order since I was probably 10 years old and, I'm 52.
I just love the food. Good portions fresh made and delicious.“

“First timing trying this place. Fill place, feels like a neighborhood spoke with some unique dishes on the menu.

I got the Lumberjack burger. It came out raw, ordered it medium. They took it back I expected a new burger, the simply further cooked the burger. This time it was well done. Not a big deal flavor was still there, juicy and well seasoned. However, I think much of the Beer cheese had cooked off.

We got the salad with orange vinaigrette and it was very good. The squash soup was also nice on a snowy day.

Service was excellent and enjoyed the experience. The only negative was the burger cook and the not getting a new burger. Just kind of pointless to ask for how I’d like it cooked.

Sakura has great food at a great price and is a good way to break away from the monotony of overpriced hamburgers and every restaurant's "original" chicken sandwich. My truck partner and I make a habit of swinging through once or twice a week.“

The manager saw I was not eating and asked if something was wrong. I explained the problem and he graciously gave me a free ham sandwich to take home. Now THAT is customer service. Kudos to that wonderful manager.“

“This chick fil a has its work cut out for them. Lots of hungry students and faculty around lunch time. They always try to move efficiently and quickly. However, it can take some time to get your order but I’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes. The food is always hot. My one downside is the soda machines are not always dispensing the drinks “properly” but with students presumably using them all day I can see how they require more maintenance than most. For a student center chick fil a, you can’t ask for much better.“

“I went through drive through and my food wasn't ready.So no one said anything to me.Instead, they took care of everyone behind me, which was about six cars. When my food was ready, they didn't even say sorry for the weights of course, service.“

“Dan is excellent! Super friendly and great server! 10 stars for him. These are not the best tacos I’ve ever had, but what do you expect in an airport? They were still pretty decent and had a good amount of meat on them to be filling with just two. The chips were really good! Service was fast which is great especially when trying to catch a fight. Placed our order at 4:40 PM and got our food at 4:45 PM. Lots of gluten free options for those with allergies. Overall very pleased!

“Cozy little strip mall Chinese restaurant. No buffet and the food is served on paper plates with plastic cutlery, but they make up for it with great flavors and fresh meats and veggies. Their stir fry always has that crunch of freshness to it and I think that says it all.“

It was 10 minutes before their closing time and they took our phone order and provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. “Last weekend I went with my school on a field trip. Going through the line was fine, but as we got up to the counter the lady told us that the pop machine was down. Lemonade was a 10/10, the waffle fries were over salted, but other than that it was pretty good. Only issue I had was the woman who took the name from the order got my boyfriends name wrong, he told her "Ruiz, R-U-I-Z" and she put "Ryez" on the order lol. I am not originally from Lexington, but my son went on a school trip once and ate here and said it was great, so when we were in town we went through the drive thru. They were friendly, fast, and the food was hot and sooo good. Hands down the best chicken place I've been too. Their sauce is delicious, and their pickles are yummy!“

The chicken noodle soup and the chicken bacon rancher are awesome. Wife got potato soup and a grill cheese and I have to say they are pretty good as well. Can't wait to go again. “After several successful catering deliveries, I dined in at the new McAlister's location in town. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the store, friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the food. The new location has really rejuvenated this brand in town! Will definitely make it a regular on my rotation.“

“Location a little confusing to get to because the roads around are a little run down and not the easiest to get through when busy.

Food was good, not quite what I expect from zaxbys but about 9/10 what I expected. Staff was friendly and quick. Dining room clean but restrooms definitely needed cleaned.
