“Mrs. Jackie provided outstanding customer service! She was working incredibly hard, managing both drive-thru windows while still making every customer feel welcomed and valued. Even with how busy she was, she remained friendly, patient, professional, and efficient.

I think it is one of the managers that usually waits on me. Super friendly and always in a great mood. Makes for a better experience. I have had no issue with the food quality or temperature when we have ate here.“

“Stopped by Arby’s for a quick dinner and it was a solid experience. I ordered the roast beef sandwich combo, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The curly fries were seasoned just right, and my order was ready pretty fast.

The only thing I didn’t love was that the sandwich felt a little smaller than I remembered, but it still hit the spot. Overall, good food and I’d definitely swing by again when I’m craving something different from the usual burger place.“

“I had a really good experience at Arby’s on Dixie. The chicken slider was excellent, and the Buffalo flavor really stood out. It had a nice amount of flavor without being overwhelming. I also tried the Beef ’n Cheddar, which was great as well and had that classic Arby’s taste I was looking for.

The restaurant was clean and had a nice, comfortable atmosphere, which made the visit even better. The food was fresh, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. Overall, this was a solid visit to Arby’s, and I’d definitely come back again when I’m craving a quick and tasty meal.“

“I’ve been to Arby’s in Hillview several times, and overall it’s been a pretty good experience. It’s a convenient place to stop when you’re craving a classic roast beef sandwich, curly fries, or one of their other menu items. The food has been consistently good, and it’s nice having a quick option nearby when you’re looking for something a little different from the usual fast food choices.“

“So I've been to this restaurant plenty of times but this particular time there was a short older lady that look almost like she spoke Spanish but clearly she was not anyway the problem I had was me and a co-worker came in he was a clean-cut white guy I've got braids and I'm black he ordered lunch for both of us because I did an extra thing that made us as a company money we were there because he offered to pay for lunch for me so he bought me lunch when the food was ready she said your orders ready sir and then I said thank you she snatched the bag away from me she clearly watched us come in at the same time and said could I help you guys I told him what I wanted this was all done right in front of her and then did not look at me even though we were dressed the same and came in together I asked her can I use the restroom she said she would have to let me in once I came back from the restroom the food was ready since I was closest to the counter and she watched us both come in I reach for the food she yanked it back saying this is not for you this is for him I laughed thinking it was an honest mistake and I said oh no we came in together he's standing about 5 ft away from me looking off into space as he normally does she would not give me the food until he said we are together the only problem I have is she watched us come in together she watched us order together he asked me what did I want so she knew we were together I was just very offended by her snatching the food back and treating me like I was trying to steal it or something like I said I've been there plenty of times and I love Arby's food but this one time was very very frustrating“

The decor is so cute, it's so clean and fresh in here!
Its my 2nd day in a row and both times the food was correct, was hot and fresh, both staff members are incredibly friendly! We appreciate you all so much!

“👏👏IRIS great job!! I'm not a huge fast food person, but when I do indulge, I come here specifically for the fries along with the beef and cheddar. Iris made the experience outstanding. With her enthusiastic energy, along with making sure my order was perfect, it's what made the experience perfection! Honestly people would enjoy their experience at fast food drive~thru locations so much better if more had her attitude and care! The meal was great but the service was even better. Keep up the great work! People like Iris are what keep others coming back to the restaurant!“

“1st time here. We used drive thru to get a shake for me & a pup cup for my working dog. Too many places that is a real problem. But they were quite happy to fix him one. (Lady was smiling, evidently she'd heard my story before) It was full to the brim & even had 3 small dog bone treats on top. And my shake was really good too“

“I love Arby's beef and cheddar's!!! Actually, my first job was for an Arby's in Illinois. It was when they first came out and had the big cowboy hat on their sign. I have to feed my craving at least twice a month for a sandwich and Jamaica shake!!!“

“Went thru drive thru, I asked for extra sauces.. was willing to pay for them even.. when I looked in bag there was 3 sauce packets for 6 sandwiches! The employees act as if the cost is coming out of there paycheck.. food was good tho

“The food was good, their ranch chicken wraps and their jamocha shakes are the absolute best. I seen one man working his butt off there, in the drive thru. I felt bad for him because he was overwhelmed, the drive thru mic was hardly working so we could barely hear each other but he showed grace! Great guy.“
