Arby's in Louisville

“Stopped by Arby’s for a quick dinner and it was a solid experience. I ordered the roast beef sandwich combo, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The curly fries were seasoned just right, and my order was ready pretty fast.

The only thing I didn’t love was that the sandwich felt a little smaller than I remembered, but it still hit the spot. Overall, good food and I’d definitely swing by again when I’m craving something different from the usual burger place.“

I think it is one of the managers that usually waits on me. Super friendly and always in a great mood. Makes for a better experience. I have had no issue with the food quality or temperature when we have ate here.“

“I really loved this place it’s quiet, calm, and very relaxing. They offer service in both English and Spanish, which is great. The milkshakes are amazing, definitely my favorites! The burgers aren’t my favorite flavor-wise, but they’re still good, so I’m giving 4 stars.
One small issue is that sometimes they don’t give you exactly what you order for example, if you ask for chicken, they might give you a burger instead. They should also pay more attention to serving customers in the order they arrive, since a few times people who came after me were served first. Other than that, it’s a nice place and worth visiting.“

“I had lunch here today. I got the number 5 meal as a double with no lettuce. My only complaint about the meal was that both patties were still pink in the middle. While I haven't noticed any stomach trouble I feel it'd be important to fully cook the burgers first before serving them.

Now onto the restaurant itself. This Arby's has a good vibe to it, the workers are always friendly any time I've gone. While I wouldn't call it a family restaurant per say there is room for parents with 2-3 kids. They've also got some good country songs playing as well. My only complaint about the restaurant is that the condiment station near the drink fountain usually needs to be cleaned more often. Other then that, I would recommend this Arby's to people looking for good burgers and/or roast beef with country music.“

The classic roast beef sandwich with their signature Arby's sauce is always a hit tender, flavorful, and satisfying. Their curly fries are crispy and well-seasoned, and I love that they offer a variety of options like the Greek gyro or brisket sandwich for something different. The service at my local spot is quick and friendly, and the restaurant is usually clean. My only gripe is that sometimes the prices feel a bit steep for fast food, but the portion sizes and taste make up for it. Definitely a go-to when I'm craving something hearty!“

The food is always fresh, the service is always friendly and the location is very clean and the employees are welcoming and very friendly and helpful in choosing menu items.

“Food was ok. I wish every gyro that ordered turned out the same each time. It's either the right amount of meat or too much sauce, veggies and barley meat. The cheeder sandwich used to be my favorite but it's never hot anymore and it tastes odd.“

“I love Arby's beef and cheddar's!!! Actually, my first job was for an Arby's in Illinois. It was when they first came out and had the big cowboy hat on their sign. I have to feed my craving at least twice a month for a sandwich and Jamaica shake!!!“

“I am 71 and handicapped with RA. I came thru drive thru. Before 7pm on Tuesday. The 2 ladies that were working were so sweet to me. My left hand doesn't open they helped getting my drinks in my car and food box too. I will definitely be returning to this store.“

“Went thru drive thru, I asked for extra sauces.. was willing to pay for them even.. when I looked in bag there was 3 sauce packets for 6 sandwiches! The employees act as if the cost is coming out of there paycheck.. food was good tho

“The food was good, their ranch chicken wraps and their jamocha shakes are the absolute best. I seen one man working his butt off there, in the drive thru. I felt bad for him because he was overwhelmed, the drive thru mic was hardly working so we could barely hear each other but he showed grace! Great guy.“
