Arby's in Louisville

“The food was absolutely excellent as it always is. We both got the chicken/pecan sandwich and I love that you can get in a bowl on a bed o lettuce. Very delicious and a substantial amount. The macaroni and cheese was delicious as well. Lunch was more expensive than most fast food but, the quantity and quality was worth it!“

“Stopped by Arby’s for a quick dinner and it was a solid experience. I ordered the roast beef sandwich combo, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The curly fries were seasoned just right, and my order was ready pretty fast.

The only thing I didn’t love was that the sandwich felt a little smaller than I remembered, but it still hit the spot. Overall, good food and I’d definitely swing by again when I’m craving something different from the usual burger place.“

I think it is one of the managers that usually waits on me. Super friendly and always in a great mood. Makes for a better experience. I have had no issue with the food quality or temperature when we have ate here.“

“I really loved this place it’s quiet, calm, and very relaxing. They offer service in both English and Spanish, which is great. The milkshakes are amazing, definitely my favorites! The burgers aren’t my favorite flavor-wise, but they’re still good, so I’m giving 4 stars.
One small issue is that sometimes they don’t give you exactly what you order for example, if you ask for chicken, they might give you a burger instead. They should also pay more attention to serving customers in the order they arrive, since a few times people who came after me were served first. Other than that, it’s a nice place and worth visiting.“

“I had lunch here today. I got the number 5 meal as a double with no lettuce. My only complaint about the meal was that both patties were still pink in the middle. While I haven't noticed any stomach trouble I feel it'd be important to fully cook the burgers first before serving them.

Now onto the restaurant itself. This Arby's has a good vibe to it, the workers are always friendly any time I've gone. While I wouldn't call it a family restaurant per say there is room for parents with 2-3 kids. They've also got some good country songs playing as well. My only complaint about the restaurant is that the condiment station near the drink fountain usually needs to be cleaned more often. Other then that, I would recommend this Arby's to people looking for good burgers and/or roast beef with country music.“

“I work nextdoor to Arby's.
And although I'm not a big fan of fast food?
I must admit that I have enjoyed many items off of the menu.
Not a fan of the roast beef and cheddar.
But the chicken Cordon blue, roast turkey sandwich, French dip, and especially the fried fish sandwich?
Are top notch hands down the best to my palate.
Very fast service before lunch and dinner rush.
Polite employees and very helpful in my choices of menu items.
One of the BEST Arby's I've ever visited.
And I always recommend them to others because this is one of the best locations in my area of service.
My only issue?
You don't show the prices in your menu online.
So, a lot of times?
I choose something else like McDonald's, or El nopal because you don't post your menu prices, just your menu options which is ok, if you're ok with that.“

“👏👏IRIS great job!! I'm not a huge fast food person, but when I do indulge, I come here specifically for the fries along with the beef and cheddar. Iris made the experience outstanding. With her enthusiastic energy, along with making sure my order was perfect, it's what made the experience perfection! Honestly people would enjoy their experience at fast food drive~thru locations so much better if more had her attitude and care! The meal was great but the service was even better. “1st time here. We used drive thru to get a shake for me & a pup cup for my working dog. Too many places that is a real problem. But they were quite happy to fix him one. (Lady was smiling, evidently she'd heard my story before) It was full to the brim & even had 3 small dog bone treats on top. And my shake was really good too“

“I love Arby's beef and cheddar's!!! Actually, my first job was for an Arby's in Illinois. It was when they first came out and had the big cowboy hat on their sign. I have to feed my craving at least twice a month for a sandwich and Jamaica shake!!!“

“Went thru drive thru, I asked for extra sauces.. was willing to pay for them even.. when I looked in bag there was 3 sauce packets for 6 sandwiches! The employees act as if the cost is coming out of there paycheck.. food was good tho

“The food was good, their ranch chicken wraps and their jamocha shakes are the absolute best. I seen one man working his butt off there, in the drive thru. I felt bad for him because he was overwhelmed, the drive thru mic was hardly working so we could barely hear each other but he showed grace! Great guy.“
