Very friendly staff
So happy we have Korean fried chicken near us now! Woohoo! Just what we needed. Love the soy garlic and honey garlic chicken wings. My 11 yr old daughter loves the rose teokbokki (she likes spicy food) and my 7 yr old son loves the chicken wings and taro milk tea with popping boba! Husband likes gochuchang chicken tenders. Such a treat for the whole family. We probably drive in at least once a week. Lol!
Chicken is crisp and fresh. The hot sauces are are very tasty.

bb.q Chicken Springhurst is a new Korean fried chicken restaurant in East Louisville. The chain originated in Seoul, South Korea, and the restaurant brings bold Korean flavors to the area. The chicken is insanely crispy with a sweet-and-spicy combination, and the sauces are packed with flavor. The menu has tons of choices, with something for just about everyone. Customers enjoy the soy garlic and honey garlic chicken wings, gochuchang chicken tenders, rose teokbokki, chicken wings, taro milk tea with popping boba, garlic honey wings combo with fries and a drink, boneless chicken with the honey garlic sauce, and fried dumplings. The restaurant has a very K-pop vibe and a cool environment since they redid the inside. It also offers free Wi-Fi and outlets at the tables. The staff are very friendly, nice, and exceptional, with great customer service. The food comes out quickly and hot and fresh. One small issue with an order was corrected quickly, and the manager was very apologetic. The employees were still learning since they had only been opened 3 days, but otherwise things were good. This is definitely the new spot, hands down way better than other Korean fried chicken spots around town. It is a treat for the whole family, and some visit at least once a week. Highly recommended.
