My server Ashley brought me a chicken sandwich instead of the wrap I ordered, which I completely understand—people make mistakes. However, when I let her know that someone else was going to fix the order, she simply said “okay” and walked away without acknowledging the mistake or apologizing.

On multiple occasions my food order has been wrong 😑. I've learned to check everything before I leave the restaurant. I wouldn't even eat here if my husband didn't desire it sometimes and the waitstaff are also great. Whoever prepares the food is careless and doesn't care about customer satisfaction.
The food is aways good and they have great deals.
