The robot that takes your order is a complete idiot. Worse thing they could have done. Takes forever to place an order for it to get it wrong. The wait on food is a lifetime now and usually just slopped together
My fries were soggy and cold, my chicken strips were barely warm, and not to mention this is the second time I ordered the baconator combo with no mayo, it still had mayo on it and it was missing the cheddar cheese sauce and I wasn't informed if it was out and if that was the case I wouldn't have gotten it. Plus three half strips of bacon that were on it doesn't make it a baconator. Also anytime you order sauce with the strips it never gets put in the bag. Absolutely horrible!

Service was ok. Not really very friendly or quick to take my order even though I was only one in store. Burgers were lightly warm and not hot. Obviously, they had been in warmer for sometime, so they were not fresh and were not good. Chicken tenders were fresh out of vat, so they were good. Fries could have been hotter as they are only good when hot. Overall, this was a mediocre visit.
