“Subways are chain restaurants; I have been visiting this Subway for over 3 years. The staff is very helpful, friendly and transparent about their food items. “This really is the best Subway we’ve been able to find in Louisville, and not even by a little. We’ve never had a bad experience here, the sandwiches are made excellent with ingredients that are carefully laid out. This is also probably the cleanest subway I’ve ever seen anywhere in the country.“

“We expected to have a typical Subway lunch while visiting Louisville but ended up extremely impressed by the two young people working. The lady with red braids was patient, kind, and prepared excellent sandwiches. She took the time to chat for a few moments and shared that she chooses to make her job fun. Both people working in the dining room were cleaning. We enjoyed our meal and walked to the door. The young man said, “Miss! You forgot something!” I had accidentally left my wallet on the chair. I’m incredibly thankful for his honesty and kindness. Subway is incredibly blessed to have these two employees. Date and time visited: Feb 3rd, 3:30 pm.“

“I got the oven roasted turkey, and I can honestly say that it was out of this world, added toasted bacon, tomatoes, Pickles, cucumber, and jalapeños with a little bit of mustard! ⚡️

“The experience was good, I am even Hispanic and they attended to me in Spanish because they work bilingually, the place is small but cozy and quiet with a very peculiar decoration, if you are passing through that route, I invite you to arrive.“

“I am rating this compared to other subways I've visited over the years. We visited this location at 9pm at night and it was empty. I used a coupon to order my food, and there were no issues transacting the coupon. Delicious subway at a great price with terrific service. Just what I expected.

This location also had "ghost pepper" bread which I had never seen before. It was a level up in heat than the "Italian Herbs and Cheese" that's for sure!“

“I just have to say that every time I've popped into this place, it has been near to lunch time (and this place is close to the industrial parks) and still, this location is FAST and I love that. I often eat at Subway, but this one is one of the most efficiently operating Subways across the USA. The staff is always friendly and seem to want to do their jobs without mean-mugging the whole time. That's refreshing! And the ingredients always seem to be kept safe, fresh, and well stocked.“

“This Subway is conveniently located in a residential area not far from the business center of downtown Louisville. I ordered half a sandwich, meatballs. They have regular and high chairs. The workers are efficient and informative. I noticed the lady taping notices at the door and windows:

Parking: This is a prime location so plenty of parking available.

“I went in for lunch on 01/21/2025 the 2 young ladies that were working was so amazing and polite. They seem to love their job and had a smile on their face when they were talking. Lots of eye contact and just great overall experience. You do not see young people: teenagers greeting and being happy to be working to often. If you want that type of service go to this Subway. I am driving across town 🚗 to get my wrap #45 all because of the experience. Great job ladies👏🏽👏🏽💪🏾👊🏾🫶🏽“

“Drive through at 4:50 am. Friendly and efficient service. I couldn't decide what kind of dressing I wanted because I haven't tried most of them. The attendant suggested putting a couple on the side so I could sample them on my sandwich. ? This is the 2nd time I've been through Subway in the last 2 weeks and this crew is super good! They definitely should get paid more?“

“The people that own and operate this location are super hard workers and extremely good at customer service. Today I placed an order through the subway app and a small mistake was made. The second it was brought to their attention they immediately went above and beyond to correct the oversight and tried giving me a free sandwich and cookie. I thanked them for their generosity and was quickly on my way.“

“Was in there to pick up an online order. Manager was dealing with being short staffed and a line to the door along with multiple online orders. She handled situation with professionalism and calmness. Didn't waiting a bit because I could see she was working incredibly hard to make sure everyone was taken care of

“I placed my order through the app. I walked in and there was a Middle Eastern gentleman behind the counter. He failed to greet me, he just asked what I wanted. I told him that I had placed an order through the app. He asked the name. He handed me my order and did not say anything, not good bye, thank you or anything. I felt that I was an interruption to what he was doing.“

“This Subway is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a good meal before or after shopping at nearby Kroger. The gentleman did an EXCELLENT job preparing my Foot Long sandwich.

“I didn't understand when I ordered an spicy Italian, the attendant ask what I wanted on the sandwich, their's a picture on the menu. I'll tell u, it's just another way too add on more to their bottom line, u add any thing ,subway will add on more for price of your sandwich ?“

“The ladies here are always nice. They make me feel welcome. Everything always works and the food always looks good in the display. There is a little alcove where the person paying stands and the person next in line always seems to be their way when the person goes to walk out. The lighting is also a little dim.

“These guys are great! With 6 kids and a few extras hanging out with us from time to time, we hit the mall food court up a lot. Easy to please everyone at 1 location. Even though most kids choose Subway!?☺️

These guys are consistently amazing! Always wearing a smile and extending excellent customer service! They go above and beyond, old school style! You have to have common sense when it comes to customer service! The average customer service representative today does not know how to apply common sense today. The business prompted script and playbook does not apply to all applications. It is important to follow and an excellent foundation, but you have to be able to think outside of that in certain situations.

The kids love going and ordering their food with these guys! They feel like friends.

When I walked in the door I was greeted immediately by Tonya with a very friendly upbeat positive tone “Hello! How are you doing?”. I observed her helping the customer in front of me and was so impressed with her proficient customer service skills & impeccable manners. This woman needs to be recognized for this! “All these negative reviews are confusing to me because I have always had good experiences here. The people have always been nice to me. Remember, if you treat people badly they don’t appreciate it! Treat people how you want to be treated. In my experience it’s the customers that have been rude, not the employees. Don’t like the drive thru? How bout go in! They have about a million things going on, DoorDash orders, people in line, people in the drive thru and then people complaining at them as well! We go in people are nice. Sometimes the new people don’t make as good of sandwiches as the experienced people but long as you tell them what you want (more of this less of that) they’ll do it! We just went there again and there was a rude person that double parked. I really believe it’s the people/customers that go in here. They are the rude ones most of the time. Don’t be rude to them and you will have a better experience.“

“Today is February 9, 2024. It is 1:30 PM and I just left from ordering two sub of the day. I did not get the two women names that were serving me but they were very very sweet all of their services. “When I was checking out, the cashier interrupted the sale twice to check out an online order who was there to pick up. I don't know if management makes them prioritize online orders, but I don't like online orders being able to cut line. Im a paying customer too. The food is good though.“

“One girl doing her absolute best to get everyone through the line fast and right. When asked why she was alone the other team member just didn't show up. And the team from last evening hadn't prepped anything like they should have. She is alone not just on her shift, but in taking care of the store and the customers. This is my favorite location and it breaks my heart that she had to give so much more than 110%. She is amazing! I hope the store recognizes her hard work.“

“I just drove from central Florida and stopped at this amazing Subway. The bread was soft and tasty, the meats were perfect, and the cheese was soft. This was one of the best subway subs I've EVER had. Every employee there today was great and helpful from the second I walked in with the hello.

“My wife stopped in about 1:30pm today to get two foot-long subs. she had a coupon buy one get one free but was told at checkout that your store didn’t except coupons.It would be very considerate to your patrons to have a sign in the window at the beginning Service line to notify them of this. Money is tight these days and people rely on coupons more.Other than this our sandwiches were great we both enjoy them!“
