Subway in Louisville

“This Subway location is an absolute lifesaver for a quick lunch! Even when they have a long line out the door, the staff works through it incredibly fast with a great attitude. The veggies are always crisp, the bread is perfectly soft, and my order is always 100% correct. Super clean environment too!“

“Best Subway I've been! Always clean and food always fresh. You can see all the food clearly instead of some hiding behind their bars. I can definitely take their no coupon policy since I can see them pay extra cost to ensure the quality.“

“This was the best subway location I've visited, ever! The bread was the freshest I've ever tasted, it was so clean and the customer service from the man who helped me today was excellent !! Was actually the best subway sandwich I've had haha. The only con is there are no public restrooms but that doesn't bother me. Don't leave reviews often but this location deserves it!“

“Employees very helpful and nice. Hospitality is phenomenal. I have been there many times and have not ever been disappointed by anything there. Sandwiches are so good no other Subway location compare. If you have not been here, I really recommend. Will be surprised.“

“Great. Sandy is the best.

“Here for work and subway is the only clean restaurant open at 5:30 am in the area, these folks are super nice and professional, food was great, couldn’t ask for more. There was a line, but again it’s the only clean, good restaurant in the area at 5:30 so makes sense. Staff needs a raise they’re so good.“

“We expected to have a typical Subway lunch while visiting Louisville but ended up extremely impressed by the two young people working. The lady with red braids was patient, kind, and prepared excellent sandwiches. She took the time to chat for a few moments and shared that she chooses to make her job fun. Both people working in the dining room were cleaning. We enjoyed our meal and walked to the door. The young man said, “Miss! You forgot something!” I had accidentally left my wallet on the chair. I’m incredibly thankful for his honesty and kindness. Subway is incredibly blessed to have these two employees. Date and time visited: Feb 3rd, 3:30 pm.“

“The experience was good, I am even Hispanic and they attended to me in Spanish because they work bilingually, the place is small but cozy and quiet with a very peculiar decoration, if you are passing through that route, I invite you to arrive.“

“This Subway is conveniently located in a residential area not far from the business center of downtown Louisville. I ordered half a sandwich, meatballs. They have regular and high chairs. The workers are efficient and informative. I noticed the lady taping notices at the door and windows:
New Management
I highly recommend this Subway.

Vegetarian options: What I like about Subway is the vegetarian options a person can add to a sandwich such as lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.

Parking: This is a prime location so plenty of parking available.

Kid-friendliness: Subway is always kind friendly with cookies and chips on the menu.“

“This location accepts all the coupons, I don’t understand how people can not distinguish between two different locations when clearly this is ONE OF THE FEW ONES who honors any and all the paper coupons you get in mail!
Wish people would do enough research before hitting google and leaving a bad review when clearly there are more than one subways on brownsboro road, cant imagine the frustration the owner has to go thru due to that!“

“The man who made my sandwich greeted all three customers after me. Quick and efficient. The way they make their protein bowl is exceptional - I chose no lettuce so he gave me more veggies. The woman cleaned the food are thoroughly. They are neat and clean. Im still here and she is still cleaning.“

“Definitely 😁 love the 😎 wonderful great service people and very close toy home 🏡 down the road 🛣️ of walking beside driving distance even tho I don't have no 🚗 and don't know how to drive. Thanks 👍🙏 y'all for still keeping the business going. Melissa ❤️😎! Thanks to the owner also plus the subway team definitely 😁 love yalls ads on TV!“

“I just have to say that every time I've popped into this place, it has been near to lunch time (and this place is close to the industrial parks) and still, this location is FAST and I love that. I often eat at Subway, but this one is one of the most efficiently operating Subways across the USA. The staff is always friendly and seem to want to do their jobs without mean-mugging the whole time. That's refreshing! And the ingredients always seem to be kept safe, fresh, and well stocked.“

“Super clean location! Employee was cheery and experienced. Sandwich was fresh and ingredients looked great. One of the best subways I've been in for a while.

Vegetarian options: Customer in front of me had a veggie burger thing on flatbread. No my favourite but she said it's the best thing on the menu. Certainly looked nice on a flatbread.

Kid-friendliness: My 10 year old has been ordering his own subway for about 3 years and the employee at this location is as attentive and friendly as with adults.“

“I came in right before closing the other day and to my surprise I was greeted kindly and my order was ready to be taken. Normally folks say we're shutting down sorry. I believe the gentleman that helped me was Jacobi and his co-worker Anthony maybe? These young men were courteous, patient and efficient. Keep doing what you're doing and I hope you go far. Thanks for bringing decency and good bearing to customer service this side of town.

Parking: Easy open parking“

“These guys are great! With 6 kids and a few extras hanging out with us from time to time, we hit the mall food court up a lot. Easy to please everyone at 1 location. Even though most kids choose Subway!?☺️

These guys are consistently amazing! Always wearing a smile and extending excellent customer service! They go above and beyond, old school style! You have to have common sense when it comes to customer service! The average customer service representative today does not know how to apply common sense today. The business prompted script and playbook does not apply to all applications. It is important to follow and an excellent foundation, but you have to be able to think outside of that in certain situations.

The kids love going and ordering their food with these guys! They feel like friends.

We just want to say thank you all and give honor where honor is due! Thanks for taking great care of us guys!

Have a blessed day! Jesus loves you and so do we!❤️☺️“

“I didn't understand when I ordered an spicy Italian, the attendant ask what I wanted on the sandwich, their's a picture on the menu. I'll tell u, it's just another way too add on more to their bottom line, u add any thing ,subway will add on more for price of your sandwich ?“

“Food was good and service was respectful. They actually listened to how I wanted my sub instead of just throwing it together. No issues at all—would come back.
That old lady was caring and the owner seems cool and their coworker too.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“This is one of the cleanest, best managed subways that we have ever had lunch! The owners are very friendly and Always go the extra mile! It’s amazing how they remember the orders of so many of their customers!
The food is always fresh and delicious! My husband and I will never go to another subway!“

“Sam truly outdid himself! The food for my family was absolutely fantastic, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Plus, the service was impressively quick, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Sam, for an unforgettable meal!“

“I’ve been to plenty of Subways, but this one is in a league of its own. The place is always super clean, the staff works fast, and everything feels organized. You can tell they actually care about keeping things nice for their customers.

The owners are amazing, so friendly and genuine every single time I stop in. They make you feel like family, not just another customer. That kind of kindness is rare these days, and it makes a huge difference.

If you want great food, quick service, and people who truly appreciate your business, this is the Subway to go to! Yay for free cookies!!“

“When I walk into a place where I plan to get food, the first thing I notice is the cleanliness of the location. I immediately was happy dining in here because it was so clean! The customer service was amazing and I would recommend coming here if you’re in the area. Super nice staff and it was all good vibes in my opinion.🫶🏽“

“Most peaceful lunch of my entire life. It was quiet, the guy didn’t rush me or make me feel like a nuisance while ordering. The wrap that I was questioning my decision on absolutely hit the spot while being relatively healthy. Also only paid $7, I was pleasantly surprised.“

“Was in there to pick up an online order. Manager was dealing with being short staffed and a line to the door along with multiple online orders. She handled situation with professionalism and calmness. Didn't waiting a bit because I could see she was working incredibly hard to make sure everyone was taken care of

Vegetarian options: The veggie delight is one of my go to sandwiches for lunch or dinner“

“The owner is new and they have now maintained the store with well equipped.I personally like their neat and cleanliness, employees are all well-behaved and good in nature, their services are good and makes the fresh food everyday with proper hygiene.

Vegetarian options: Everything is good and they have good vegetarian options in sandwich, wrap, etc. We also like the quality and quantity of the food and serves good to all the customers.

Parking: They have Parking facility good.

Dietary restrictions: dietary restrictions are well maintained on basis of customers review☺️“

“Day shift at Subway is always a vibe! The food is consistently fresh, the restaurant is super clean, and the staff truly makes you feel like family every time you come in. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely one of my favorite spots to stop by!“

“Clean and friendly service. Sandwiches are always like I want them. Only Subway I go to since I found this one by chance. Atmosphere? It was clean, the number one priority to me.

Parking: In shopping center with Kroger.“

“I stopped by this Subway and was pleased with how fresh everything tasted. The vegetables were crisp, the bread was soft, and the sandwich was made exactly the way I ordered it. The staff were polite and kept the counter area clean, which made the experience more enjoyable. The only issue was that the line moved slower than expected, so it took a little longer to get through. Aside from the wait, everything else was very good and I would return to this location again.“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and I must say, it was a sub-licious experience from start to finish! This hidden gem has quickly become my go-to spot for satisfying my sandwich cravings.

Parking: Right at the front.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is available right next door.“

“Stopped by the Subway near Cardinal Stadium for lunch before a meeting, and it hit the spot. I ordered a footlong ham sandwich, and it was fresh, made quickly, and exactly what I was looking for. The staff was friendly, service was fast, and it was an easy stop before getting on with the rest of my day. A solid choice if you’re in the area and need a quick, reliable meal.“

“This is the nicest subway I have been to! The staff was on point and make excellent fat subs! Like o couldn’t have made it better myself. They were super kind and kept the entire place fresh and clean. I have a family of 6 and we all order differently a lot of subways we get slight attitude but not here. 10/10 recommend this one!“

“One girl doing her absolute best to get everyone through the line fast and right. When asked why she was alone the other team member just didn't show up. And the team from last evening hadn't prepped anything like they should have. She is alone not just on her shift, but in taking care of the store and the customers. This is my favorite location and it breaks my heart that she had to give so much more than 110%. She is amazing! I hope the store recognizes her hard work.“

“The employee by the name of Henry was the most helpful. I’ve been frequenting this specific location as my main one for several months now. I tend to make sure he’s the one making my sandwhich as he somehow always makes it better, nothing extra or anything- he just does a great job always while being friendly. A clean location. I tell all my friends this is the best location.“

“Just left after having a horrible experience at the Valley location. The young man that helped me was very polite and got everything right, even gave me a coupon. Thank you for making my bad experience with the previous location a better one!“

“All these negative reviews are confusing to me because I have always had good experiences here. The people have always been nice to me. Remember, if you treat people badly they don’t appreciate it! Treat people how you want to be treated. In my experience it’s the customers that have been rude, not the employees. Don’t like the drive thru? How bout go in! They have about a million things going on, DoorDash orders, people in line, people in the drive thru and then people complaining at them as well! We go in people are nice. Sometimes the new people don’t make as good of sandwiches as the experienced people but long as you tell them what you want (more of this less of that) they’ll do it! We just went there again and there was a rude person that double parked. I really believe it’s the people/customers that go in here. They are the rude ones most of the time. Don’t be rude to them and you will have a better experience.“

“When I was checking out, the cashier interrupted the sale twice to check out an online order who was there to pick up. I don't know if management makes them prioritize online orders, but I don't like online orders being able to cut line. Im a paying customer too. The food is good though.“

“I gave five stars because this is a good area and good restaurant to have however when visiting was told I couldn’t make my veggie sandwich into a salad as a vegetarian option also the employees looked overworked and stressed out. I feel like better management would help the team. They were all friendly and nice. Please get them some help.

Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwiche“

“They bread is ight but the meat taste like last weekend but whatever, the non binary human was nice and had a great personality which made the sandwich seem to taste more gooder, my children eat sandwiches for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner because we have white privilege like that yo!“

“My friend was at my house and she was hungry so i took her here and the employees were kind and got our cookies and subs done in less than 10 min! We were skeptical of this place because the reviews but, it wasn't that bad (for us atleast.). But we didn't like being next to a Kroger because I don't like that Kroger because of the people who got there etc. But the food was amazing and worth the wait!“

“I ordered a protein bowl with rotisserie chicken, bacon, turkey, ham, & shredded cheese. It was beautiful, and the guy making it was superb! My Mom visited the day before and ordered a sub with turkey, ham, bacon, roast beef (club). She liked it so much she sent me back and I'm really glad she did. 5 stars (more if I could). We will be back, definitely.“

“Idk why people are complaining about this place. I think they are mixing this location up with the one near Big Lots because that one really, really sucks. My sandwiches are literally PERFECT EVERY TIME! They are super nice and patient anytime I come in I mostly order pick-up at least once a week (I am the one lady who puts please don't put mayonnaise on my sandwich or I will cry in my order notes 🤣)

Thanks for never putting mayonnaise on my sandwiches and being a great crew, guys! We love you. I hate the other subways around here.“

“*NEW OWNERSHIP!*

Absolutely amazing experience here, especially with the new ownership! You can immediately tell that there has been a huge positive change. The place is so much cleaner, more organized, and welcoming than before, and the overall atmosphere is 100x better.

The service was excellent, and everyone was friendly, respectful, and genuinely happy to help. The food was fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with a lot more care and attention. You can really tell that the new owners are putting in the effort to improve everything and give customers the experience they deserve.

The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and passionate about the business. It’s clear that he actually cares about the customers, his employees, and the quality of the store. You can see the difference in the way everything is run now.

Honestly, this place feels like a completely different store compared to before. The new ownership has made such a huge difference, and in my opinion, it’s 100x better than it was under the previous owners. I’m really glad I gave it another chance because I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend checking it out!“

“Stopped by this Subway on Preston for a quick meal and it was a solid experience. I ordered the ham and cheese, and it was fresh, made just the way I wanted it, and hit the spot. The bread and toppings were good, and the staff got my order together quickly. Nothing fancy, just a dependable sandwich and good service. I’d definitely stop back when I’m in the area.“

“I’ve stopped by this Subway many times over the years, and it’s been a consistently good experience. The sandwiches are made fresh, the toppings are usually well stocked, and everything tastes just like you’d expect from a solid Subway. The staff has always been friendly, and service is quick, making it an easy place to grab lunch when you’re on the go. It’s not fancy, but it does what it’s supposed to do well. If you’re looking for a dependable sandwich shop on Dixie Highway, this location has always treated me right.“

“Guy saw I didn't have enough cash on me for me & my son to get a drink or cookie & brought over a free cookie & kids toys for my son. It was so nice. Our sandwiches are yummy & place is nice & clean. :)

Vegetarian options: Yummy veggies“
