I went there with my lady to celebrate Saint Valentines in advance, and we were so happy to spend our time there. Server was at the table next to us (very small spaces) and immediately turns around “you said you want some bread” we were kind of shocked she just barged into our conversation but replied “yeah that would be great” Someone brjngs out the bread - we think what a great server to overhear a comment on how the dish would be better and try's to do so. Server then charges us for an appetizer of bread on the check. Just a tad bit tasteless behavior.“

“I hadn't been to a Fazoli's un a long while so it was high time we returned. Their breadsticks continue to head up my Best Breadstick lust as the garlic flavour along with the size and texture put them right at the top for me. They're also endless as long as you're getting a meal and eating in the dining room. They've got some really good pasta dishes that I've talked about in past reviews but on this occasion I went with a sub and some boneless wings. The sub was a Classic Meatball one with the meatballs, marinara sauce, pepperoni and of course tons of mozzarella. It was a little ugly to look at but is sure tasted delicious. The boneless wings I got Hot which was a Buffalo sauce with a small bit of kick. They were quite good and a lot better than I would expect from a fast food Italian restaurant. Really good flavour even if they weren't that spicy (could be just my spice pallette too. I sometimes don't taste the spice when others do.) The service was top notch and the store was clean which wasn't always the case in the past. A very tasty and affordable lunch at Fazolis.“

“I’ve always loved Taglio - they were extremely underrated years ago, and it’s amazing to see what they’ve grown into. 3 years ago I found out I had celiacs, and was no longer able to eat wheat. When the Gluten Free crust came out I was incredibly excited.

On a very busy Halloween night, we ordered a gluten free pizza and they did fail to note which pizza in the order was gluten free and unfortunately no one could tell the difference. We called, and Taglio was kind enough to re-make the pizza and deliver it to us. The customer service experience was great, especially on a busy Halloween night, allowing me time to eat and to get to take my kids trick or treating.“

“This is my favorite restaurant on campus and one of my favorite pizza places ever. The only reason it's missing a star is because they sometimes take the thin crust to the extreme. And I mean sometimes it's so thin it feels like the pizza is gonna disintegrate when I pick it up. I feel like this has happened more often than not this semester, and today was especially bad. The crust on about 1/3 of my slice was as thin as the cheese.“
