“This place was wonderful! Yesterday was my first time coming to Grassa Gramma and my husband and I went for an early Valentine's date. The decor and atmosphere was breath taking! Just so gorgeous! Our waiter was kind and gave us the specials for the day. I ordered the baked seafood scampi and my husband ordered the cacio e pepe and we loved it! I even reheated my pasta today and it tastes just as delicious as it did yesterday!“

“We have been in to Boombozz (Herr Ln) multiple times and Jordan Y is at the top of our list for service. She is amazing! We eat out often, and she stands out across the board.

The only reason we gave the atmosphere a 4 star is that it was a bit hot/humid in the restaurant.“

“I recently made a review less than 24hrs ago because of the bad service I received last night at 2500 Bardstown road, I also sent a complaint email to corporate for this matter, under the impression that I probably won’t get a call or email back. I left my number on the email just to see if I get a call & surprisingly I did get a call from James the GM at that location while I was working. I then took a lunch break to return his call. He handled the situation perfectly and apologized for how this employee handled the situation the previous night. Jets do have a heart for their customers and really made sure I was contacted to get my side of the story. James is an amazing GM and I hope they hire more people like him to represent their brand. I would recommend Jets to anyone. He went ahead and put in the computer for 2 FREE large deep dish pizzas for the inconvenience that employee had caused. James for CEO ‼“

“My husband and I go here every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary! (17 years today!!) This year was no different, we went and celebrated our union and each other however we had an exceptionally good server this time! (We’ve never had a bad experience or server) this girls name was Shanna - I hope she sees this! She was the sweetest, very attentive and extremely friendly!! “While traveling in Louisville, we decided we had to try Louisville style pizza, of course. The recommendation from Google and Yelp was Impellizzeri's hands down, so off we went! We arrived about 7 on Saturday night, it was busy, but we were able to be seated within 10 min. Amazing location with street parking available. Great selection of Bourbon and beers available, and a great menu. They offer 4 styles of pizza: thin, original, thick, and Sicilian. We went with original, and it was perfect crust, with a chewy edge. Louisville style is two layers of cheese and toppings, with a slightly thicker than thin crust. We loved it, but it's very filling. Lots of leftovers, which is never bad. We always get 16in to maximize our slice to pizza ratio. Service was fast and attentive, their pizzas do take longer than your average, but it was worth it. I think ours took about 25 min.“

“First lets talk about Crafthouse pizza in general. I love pizza. It is by far my favorite food. I am not a food connoisseur but I have had almost every pizza available in my area, and two stand out in this area; Pizzaville and Crafthouse. I just love it. Now as for this particular location, we have always found the restaurant to be clean and well maintained. We have always had great service there. We last went on 07/18/2026 and for at least the second time in a row we had a woman named Meredith as our server. She is excellent. She is professional, friendly, attentive, and generally made the whole experience that much better. So to sum up this is probably my favorite overall pizza place for both food quality and taste, and service.“

“I placed an order online with pickup for the next morning. When it was sent to the store, apparently they did not put a time stamp on it, causing the store to just make it. When I called the next day to check on the order, they explained it all this to me. Rather than having to cut my losses, they stated the refunded the order the day before, and would just put in the order again for me to be made ASAP. While a bit of a hassle, I do not blame the store for this but rather their online application. So thank you.“
