“Simply the best Indian food in the state of Kentucky, family owned, and simply the best Indian food I’ve had outside of Mumbai. If you live in Louisville, do yourself a favor and come here. Also the mango lessi is delicious! I had their non-vegetable thali and my Girlfriend got samosas, Chicken 65, and garlic naan. The portions are so big that I got leftovers for two days. And also, there’s spice level is what their spice level exactly says. I got the three and I was sweating and loving it. “I’ve been a few times to Better Blend and I have to say the last time I went was to the Louisville location. It was by far my favorite, the staff were very friendly, and the menu items we tried were the best I have had yet!! The business was very clean, and it made me feel even better about picking the healthy food options we had ( I had the peanut butter Oreo for the first time and it really hit the spot!) “Staff was the rudest I have ever encountered at the Middletown location. I also witnessed extreme rudeness to a door dash driver who had clearly been waiting a while and when they asked about the order having been marked 10 minutes ago as ready they were told "We don't care about YOUR numbers, we have to appear to be on time." He looked like management. I turned and left, I will not do business with someone being rude to staff or anyone providing a service to them any more than rudeness to customers.“

So i googled Ethiopian coffee shops in Louisville and found Abol cafe. visited today and had some pour over coffee, it was the best coffe i've ever had, and i have tried coffee everywhere!!!! believe me when I say this place has the best Coffee around. “I have tried Indian food a couple times before (years ago), and did not like it. My husband loves Indian food, so we tried this restaurant for dinner. I cleaned my plate! Shrimp Tandoori was delicious, Naan, Tandoori Rito, Lamb Saag, Basmati Rice, Samosas, even the Chutney was wonderful, and let’s not forget Mango Lassi. The staff is also very friendly and attentive; we cannot wait to come back.“

This location at Paddock Shops feels much bigger than other Blaze restaurants I've visited, and the atmosphere is open and relaxing. It's a great place to enjoy a meal with family.
One of the best parts is that after dinner, we can walk around and do a little shopping, which makes the whole outing even more enjoyable.
