I also witnessed extreme rudeness to a door dash driver who had clearly been waiting a while and when they asked about the order having been marked 10 minutes ago as ready they were told "We don't care about YOUR numbers, we have to appear to be on time." He looked like management. I turned and left, I will not do business with someone being rude to staff or anyone providing a service to them any more than rudeness to customers.“

So i googled Ethiopian coffee shops in Louisville and found Abol cafe. visited today and had some pour over coffee, it was the best coffe i've ever had, and i have tried coffee everywhere!!!! believe me when I say this place has the best Coffee around. “Amazing! Food was superb and so was the wine, atmosphere was exceptional in every way, the music the colors inside, the lighting, they even had Laguiole knifes (French steak knife). Spotless clean. Great service, they give you time to decide then they give you time to enjoy your meal and your company (no one brought the bill and said we are not rushing you but here is the bill). They brought us a little birthday cake with a lit up candle when they found out we had a birthday and it was complementary. Child friendly with high chair at our table and they offered a kids menu. There is a bar style seating around the large bar where you can have your meal or just drinks. They have a very nice outdoor seating area. Plenty of free parking in the parking lot.“

“I have tried Indian food a couple times before (years ago), and did not like it. My husband loves Indian food, so we tried this restaurant for dinner. I cleaned my plate! Shrimp Tandoori was delicious, Naan, Tandoori Rito, Lamb Saag, Basmati Rice, Samosas, even the Chutney was wonderful, and let’s not forget Mango Lassi. The staff is also very friendly and attentive; we cannot wait to come back.“

“This place was wonderful! Yesterday was my first time coming to Grassa Gramma and my husband and I went for an early Valentine's date. The decor and atmosphere was breath taking! Just so gorgeous! Our waiter was kind and gave us the specials for the day. I ordered the baked seafood scampi and my husband ordered the cacio e pepe and we loved it! I even reheated my pasta today and it tastes just as delicious as it did yesterday!“

The branding department should consider expanding its menu screens to Spanish versions, technically is not a big deal. The store asks for tips, why? It's q fast food place. Are you not paying your employees enough, or it another cultural tax imposed on the consumer?“
