“We enjoyed a fantastic New Year's Eve meal at Heirloom in Midway, KY. The service was superb, atmosphere warm, and the food exceptional, on par with meals we have had in Paris and Rome. The four course meal was perfection. The lobster cappelletti was devine and the Chateaubriand Au Poivre was cooked perfectly and was tender and flavorful. The Dubai Sundae was the prefect ending to such a wonderful meal ! We commend the chef and staff for such a wonderful experience . We will definitely eat here again and highly recommend.“

“We dined at Rodney’s this evening with friends for the first time! The whole ambiance is perfect for a romantic dinner date! Our server Julie was wonderful and very attentive. “We were traveling through from Oklahoma and saw the signs and stopped by. Not only did they have a great wine tasting for me, they had a high end bourbon tasting for my husband-a hidden gem! The lady serving us was so friendly and we also met the owner’s daughter and her dog. Everyone was so welcoming and made for a great experience! Now I am going to have to check to see if they ship!! We got seated quickly, our server was amazing, our drinks and apps came out within a few minutes, my margarita was delicious and not skimping liquor, and our food was amazing! My father had a medical emergency while waiting on dinner and the staff dialed 911 for me within seconds and offered to box up our food because we couldn’t stay to eat it. My friend and I both ordered the 8 oz sirloin steak, with grilled shrimp, for $27ish. I had a loaded baked potato with a caesar salad side. She ordered a loaded baked potato and grilled corn on the cob for her sides. Our waiter was terrible, and distracted with his buddies in the other booth. We had the request our shrimp halfway through the meal, because it was forgotten. Everybody in the entire restaurant was wearing jackets, with their hoods on. Ironically other than the uncomfortable temperature and sub-par service,... The Steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly! The shrimp, when we finally received it, was absolutely delicious! Loaded potatoes were great, and the corn is a absolute must try, surprisingly awesome! Food made the overall experience pretty wonderful, the cooks are impressive! Highly recommended,I hope you get a better waiter, and bring your jacket inside, if it's cold outside. For all my little complaints, I would definitely eat there again!“

“We stopped at Mancino's today, and were greeted by the owner, who was working to fill in for call ins, as well as other reasons. He was a very pleasant, very polite man. While we were there, we witnessed him carry out a large order for a customer that was not able to carry it himself. This is just one of the many reasons we love, and continue to go to Mancino's. The pizza was excellent as well. 5 stars.“

“I was dirty from a day of work so I ordered 3 Carne Asada Street tacos to go.

I waited outside and was politely greeted by one of the employees as she came in for her shift. The gentleman that took my order was also very polite and professional.

The tacos had high-quality and sufficient onions and cilantro

The green salsa was spicy, but I loved it

And they threw in a bag of chips and salsa

“On vacation with our Aussie- was thrilled to find a truly dog friendly venue with GF options. Food and atmosphere (lunch) was great - but we ordered their GF pizza to go to have later for dinner and OMG!!! I have been GF for 30 years and have been searching for good GF pies all over the US as we travel- and this was by far the very best I’ve ever had. Just incredible. Sad that we only have 1 more day to enjoy Lexington- I might order another to bring home!“

“First Experience 2/5 stars: Ordered at 8:28. followed up over the phone twice about the status of the order and was told it was on its way both times. I received the order at approximately 9:50 (almost an hour and half later). The order was utterly incorrect with the wrong size pizza, missing toppings, none of the ordered sauce, and the wrong side dish. Very disappointing usage of $42. The only reason I haven't rated 1 star is because the general manager chose to deliver the order personally. Do not bother responding to this review, I am not interested in ordering from this location any longer.

Edit: The general manager offered me a replacement order and the food I received met my expectations so I've updated my review to 4/5 stars to reflect the customer service I received.“
