“We did the chocolate pairing tour. Our guide, Tom, was great. Our tour was informative. All of the chocolates and whiskeys were absolutely delicious and paired excellently. This is a great tour, especially as a intro for anyone who likes chocolate and is unsure about whiskey. The staff in the bar/gift shop were friendly and helpful. The espresso martini was the best! We have already recommended to others and will continue to recommend!“

“We enjoyed a fantastic New Year's Eve meal at Heirloom in Midway, KY. The service was superb, atmosphere warm, and the food exceptional, on par with meals we have had in Paris and Rome. The four course meal was perfection. The lobster cappelletti was devine and the Chateaubriand Au Poivre was cooked perfectly and was tender and flavorful. The Dubai Sundae was the prefect ending to such a wonderful meal ! We commend the chef and staff for such a wonderful experience . We will definitely eat here again and highly recommend.“

The front staff seemed pretty stressed but they did a great job. I’m looking forward to going back to try their regular menu.“

“We dined at Rodney’s this evening with friends for the first time! The whole ambiance is perfect for a romantic dinner date! Our server Julie was wonderful and very attentive. The filet was very flavorful and the macaroni & cheese was great! We ate carrot cake for dessert! It was absolutely delicious! Our Sangria cocktails were also wonderful! We will definitely be back!“

“Had a pretty good meal here. The food was tasty and the portions were a good size. I liked that the menu had some simple American favorites, and everything came out hot. The staff was friendly and the service was pretty smooth, even though it was a little busy when I went. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, nothing too fancy which I liked. Prices seemed fair for the amount of food you get. Overall, it was a nice experience and I’d be happy to come back and try something different next time.“

“We dined here today, as always, excellent food and service. Lacy was our waitress today and took very good care of us. We love Roosters 🐔 and it has become on of our favorite all time places to eat. After eating wings there the 1st time several years ago, I cannot eat wings anywhere else. I wish they would bring one to northern Ky. However, I will gladly drive 50 miles to Georgetown Ky to eat wings We also go to the Wilmington location when visiting the area. There is no comparison in taste and 3 times the size of BW3 and Wings and Rings.“

My father had a medical emergency while waiting on dinner and the staff dialed 911 for me within seconds and offered to box up our food because we couldn’t stay to eat it. They also closed the restaurant while the EMT’s were working on Dad. I cannot say enough about the kindness of the employees/ staff. I have eaten there on other occasions too and the food has always been excellent.“

Food and atmosphere (lunch) was great - but we ordered their GF pizza to go to have later for dinner and OMG!!! I have been GF for 30 years and have been searching for good GF pies all over the US as we travel- and this was by far the very best I’ve ever had. Just incredible. Sad that we only have 1 more day to enjoy Lexington- I might order another to bring home!“

We got seated quickly, our server was amazing, our drinks and apps came out within a few minutes, my margarita was delicious and not skimping liquor, and our food was amazing! The manager came by and we praised our experience. 10/10 would recommend.“

“We stopped at Mancino's today, and were greeted by the owner, who was working to fill in for call ins, as well as other reasons. He was a very pleasant, very polite man. While we were there, we witnessed him carry out a large order for a customer that was not able to carry it himself. This is just one of the many reasons we love, and continue to go to Mancino's. The pizza was excellent as well. 5 stars.“

“Love going there. One of the best kept secrets in town. We go there at least three or four times a month. Awesome fajitas and great margaritas. Always take out of town guests there at least once while they're here. Staff is always friendly and attentive.“

I waited outside and was politely greeted by one of the employees as she came in for her shift. The gentleman that took my order was also very polite and professional.

The tacos had high-quality and sufficient onions and cilantro

“We stopped by El Gran Taco for lunch and had such a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, but Humberto, the manager, truly made our visit. My brother and sister-in-law already loved this place and specifically told me, “Make sure Mr. Humberto is there, his service is impeccable.” They were NOT lying!

He was an absolute doll.. warm, welcoming, and full of personality. His recommendations were amazing, and he brings such a fun, inviting energy to the entire restaurant. “Came here for a birthday dinner and we enjoyed our time here. To be honest, the price for the food is a little high for the quality you get but you’re paying for the atmosphere and experience. We had a party of four and got the loaf of bread appetizer ($15, come on) the fried chicken, shrimp and grits, and crab ravioli entrees. I highly recommend the shrimp and grits, that was the favorite of the group, and the friend chicken was delicious as well. We were disappointed with the crab ravioli to be honest, would definitely get the other two entrees before this one. But overall it’s a cool, unique experience that you can’t really get in Kentucky anywhere else“

“I come to this dominoes several times a year, and it's usually not bad! This evening I ordered the special deal: NY crust pizza with 6 toppings for $10. The whole pizza was supposed to have beef, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. The left side was also supposed to have anchovies and green olives. 1/3 had anchovies, almost half had olives, but a handful were on the side without anchovies. The right side didn't have any beef at all. When I brought it back, the shorter, older man with roses and a cross on one arm and a snake on the other didn't say anything about the missing beef. He glanced at it and told me that it did have anchovies on half. When I used my hands to show him it was 1/3, he walked away without saying anything. I'm guessing he is tired and maybe his mama taught him that if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything! The taller, younger man said he was sorry, and that he didn't make it, but did I want him to make me a new one? He was pleasant about it. I sure hope it will be better than the first!“
