“First time going here. A lot like the others say I have always avoided going here because it looks run down but the food was great. The inside was clean and service was excellent. Really enjoyed the crab ragoons. A little pricey but worth it.“

The portions are quite large, which makes the pricing valuable. So order a small unless you have very big appetite.“

“This has been our favorite chinese restaurant for many years. They hace the BEST crab rangoon around! However, recently we have been getting served the wrong food. Which is extremely annoying. My husband has an allergy to some meats, so when we order one thing and get a different meat in our order, that is both concerning, & frustrating. I greatly hope that this stops and never happens again. But with this being the second time In a row that it has happened to us, my expectations of this actually being fixed isn't high.“

“Happy Dragon is the best Chinese food I have found in Louisville. I have to travel around the city often for work, and I'm always excited when my work brings me to Taylorsville Road, since I know it means I'll get to have some great food. Try out the Bourbon chicken, bamboo chicken, or ask for an extra spicy combo lo mein, you won't regret it. The only bad thing about this restaurant is it makes all the places near my side of town taste so bad in comparison. Seriously, I've tried bourbon chicken at a dozen places in Louisville, and no where else can even come close.“

The orange chicken is made with real orange peel and tastes fresh not frozen and the rice is always tasty as well. They give a free soda with your order and the portion is great enough for 2 meals. “Upon entering, it smelled like cleaning products but it wasn’t that bad as once your in, you get used to the smell. Fried chicken wings were not that good. Pepper steak and sesame chicken combination platters with pork fried rice was so flavorful and good for a Chinese spot. The pork eggrolls were fine too.“
