“I love the Mt Washington Arbys BUT, why is it 2 times I’ve gotten the Reuben expensive sandwich and they left the Swiss cheese off?! Tried to call them and no one answers either 🤷🏼‍♀️“

“This review is for the young woman at the drive thru window on 4/13/24 around 6:45 pm. I was waiting for my order when the grill caught on fire!! I could see it through the window! So of course I was understanding and waited about 13 minutes to get my order. I did not mind that at all. The lady was very apologetic and seemed so shaken up from the fire, understandably so!!! I really hope her night got better. She maintained professionalism and kindness through out the whole interaction.“

“We came in to get some ice cream, and later decided to get some food. The guy that took our order was very energetic and super friendly, and made the experience fun and enjoyable. He was very funny and helped us get what we needed. Even with the technical difficulties the equipment was having, the guy still found a way to get our order through, and the food was good, as well as the ice cream. However, the atmosphere was very toxic due to the manager yelling at the same guy described above, for placing an order for us, 8 minutes before closing. He didn’t do anything wrong, and given the situation, we feel he did the right thing by pushing the order through the drive thru option; which made it to where we would get our food, but it wouldn’t mess up the closing process. The yelling went on for several minutes, and the guy was visibly upset.“

“The place clean, and the employees were very nice. The portions were a nice size. The food was delicious. I will ❤️ love to eat there again. I will be happy 😁😁😁 to recommend Zaxby's to everyone I know.“
