“This is a much better Sonic than the one in Etown. Food came on time! The one in Etown we sit for over an hour sometimes but on average generally wait over 30 minutes even when we are the only car in the parking area.
The girl who delivered our food to our stall in Radcliff was friendly and attentive. She went back to get us some extra sauces and never said anything rude about it.“

“I’ve been here two times in the last month and it is the BEST Taco Bell I’ve had. Granted, this last order they did put lettuce on a taco we did ask to be removed, but everything tasted so good it didn’t even matter. Manager, Pride your cooks and employees! I love the service here!“

“I come the other day and accidentally places the wrong order. the general manager was there and fixed my order all while making me smile with compliments to my hair and nails. She made me feel as though I didn't make a mistake at all! I was anxious because they had a line! There was a guy named Jamie that came to my window to make sure he was making my food exactly how I wanted it! He even made sure to include extra ketchup and napkins. What great customer service! The food was hot and delicious. Even though I messed up on ordering, they still got my food corrected and out of the window in just a matter of minutes! I also noticed the parking lot is a lot cleaner than it used to be. I haven't been to this rallys in over 6 months but something has clearly changed, I'm lightweight impressed. I'll be back for sure.“

“Food was good but service was lacking. Menu shows they carry mini and regular size McFlurries but they pretend that they only have one size. Asked to speak to manager and lo and behold they figured out how to ring up the mini. I think they do it for higher profits. I guess it's ok because the McDonald's in Radcliff almost always has their machine broken.“

“I just left there, and I must say the service and food were fast and great. Naomi and Faith made a great team, and the manager had everything under control. They all deserve a raise.

“The lovely lady who took my order in the drive thru this morning was so nice! I was playing my music and she loved it so I turned it up louder and she was dancing. She is a whole vibe and I love her energy ❤️ I wish I had a name but don't see one on the receipt. She knows who she is! Keep up the amazing work!! 🥳“

“It's all a 5 star I've never had food this good in my entire life of eating out this is the exact place you wanna get the food cause anywhere else ain't gonna be this good don't matter what it is and the workers are so sweet and they love to do their jobs and making people happy so I definitely recommend this place and the workers will check on you make sure you're okay and happy“
