“In the past few months, I have stayed at this facility multiple times. During a very difficult family time, the management of the hotel has been very flexible and accommodating. Shout out to Lois at the front desk for her excellent service. She always greets you with a smile and a friendly comment. The facility was clean, beds comfortable and room quiet. It was nice, after very trying day, to come back to such a comfortable room. I loved the availability of a bath tub (clean). I will stay here every time that I need to be in Owensboro. Only suggestion...coke products please.“

“All the staff was excellent, however, what made our experience extra special and will have us come back again was our server Felipe. He was very kind, attentive, and all around a great server. If all of Long Horns servers are like him, I know every single time we will have a great experience for a family outing. We never had to ask for anything, not even a refill.“

“We came by last night around 6. We were seated in just a couple minutes. Our server was Anthony, he was very nice and attentive to our order. We got drinks in minutes, and food came out in bout 10-15 minutes after ordering. Everything was hot and delicious. He would check on us anytime he’d walk by after taking care of his other tables.
