The staff is always very pleasant while ordering and happy to serve the children their custard after they eat their meal. The store manager Mrs. Potts is always ensuring the restaurant is clean and everyone is helping the restaurant run smoothly. We have the best Freddy’s around 🥳“

“??First off, the curly fries, beef and cheddar sandwich smothered in thd cheddar nacho cheese, and roast beef on those amazing buns! And some mozzarella sticks and a jamocha shake on the side. I don’t get it often, but it’s hella good. The Arby's sauce is my top sauce for everything dipping sauce related. Even got a bottle at home.
This location was fast and friendly when we went through the drive thru for lunch on our trip. The outside building and parking lot had a clean and presentable appearance. My overall experience was great, and this was definitely a location that deserves five stars when it comes to all expectations with fast food restaurants!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“I visited this store on 3/27, paid for my food in the drive through but drove off and forgot my food. I live about 30 minutes from restaurant, so by the time I got home and realized I left it, I called the store and spoke with Chris, I think the manager. He was so respectful and understanding. He told me I could come back to get it and they would re-cook it. I have never had a bad experience in this store, customer service is great, food is always good. The lady that waited on me this particular night at the window was super nice too. I just want to thank Chris and the staff for being incredibly kind. You all deserve recognition and raises!“

“I got the Big Hunt burger, and I was not impressed. It tasted like it was oven baked. And done so about 2 miles away from anything that could be considered a seasoning. It was BLAND Bland bland. The dark cherry steak sauce was really good. The service was superior, tho. And the drive thru was sufficient, I guess, lol.“

Service is always convenient, timely, and unlike alot of services they maintain the belief that the customer is always right. “The food is expensive. I love their strawberry lemonade but can only buy it during happy hour. I'm love their sauce for fries but the fries are small and broken making them and to dip. The pretzels are really good but needs the queso sauce instead of the nachos sauce. They have removed the queso cheese so we don't buy they much.

Anyway so I had a contract to release this junk and slipped and fell 18 stories onto a pile of rocks. Now id normally give 1 star because the roof shouldve had a wet sign, regardless if it was raining, but the manager came right out and wrapped my wounds in dough.
I assisted, and this is the worst part.
Because i began stuffing myself in dough i was forced to join the Union. I've tried to get fired so i can be free, but dang it does this union rep love his little minions!

“I called the Burger King on West Parrish to let them know we’d have a large group of 30-40 people coming in around 8:30pm to hang out in the dining room. They were READY! They served us very quickly, and I didn’t hear one person say their order was wrong. Thank you, Burger King on West Parrish for welcoming us even though it had to be overwhelming and hectic and for making our end-of-the-school year hang-out fun! There were paper crowns for everyone! 😄. Truly great service with good energy and atmosphere!“

“My family and I walked into Subway around 7 p.m on 11/7/25 on a Friday night and noticed that Tommy was working all by himself. The drive-thru bell was constantly going off, and there was a line of about five people waiting. Despite everything going on, Tommy kept a smile and didnt seem to mind that he was literally the only worker in the restraunt he did a wonderful job. He worked diligently to make sure our food was exactly how we wanted it. He definitely deserves a raise and at least one more coworker to help lighten the load! Keep killing it Tommy we see you“
