“We rolled up on this location as the tornado sirens were going off. Renee was incredible!!! The staff was amazing, calm, and efficient. They got everyone into the safe zone, made sure the littles had food and everyone had a drink while we waited out the tornado warning. Once it was over they got right back to it and had hot fresh food flyibg out of the kitchen. 10/10 would shelter here again“
“The customer service tonight was absolutely horrid. Placed order through app, it took me 45 minutes to get up there, and upon arriving was parked being told that they had just received my order 2 minutes prior. When I responded with disbelief, the female manager instantly became rude, and responded with an obvious attitude, upon receiving my food, I tried to smile and make a joke about my dog and the plain sundae I had got her, and the cashier with the headset just shoved the bags out the window, turned on heel and slammed the window shut. Excuse me for finding it difficult to believe that it took 45+ minutes to receive that online order. Extremely disappointed in the level of service, they usually do better than that. While we are on that subject, the food has CLEARLY been sitting for a little while… you can ABSOLUTELY tell the difference between FRESH and something that has sat for about 45 minutes 🤷♀️“

“I ordered me a caramel macchiato with extra caramel, extra Expresso and add whipped cream and they did just that today they nailed it perfectly and I'm sooo happy with it. I order this every morning from door dash and this is the best it's ever tasted“
