Visited the Lone Oak Road Sonic on 4/19/23 and was not surprised that I was told the ice cream machine was down. I had placed my order using the APP so was charged upfront. Carhop came out to tell me the ice cream machine was down and asked if I'd like to be refunded. I did ask the purchase be refunded. REFUND NEVER HAPPENED.
