“When I went to the drive-thru with my mobile order, my food was fresh and hot, however the woman in drive-through was not so friendly, acting like she was in a hurry to give me my food so I could get out of her way. I had to ask her for ketchup and she said yes and handed it to me, but basically threw it in my hand making me lose half of it on the ground. I told her sorry and she rolled her eyes and turned away. Granted, it was after midnight, but she didn't have to be so rude. Wow!?“
