“The young women that work front are pleasant and food is always good. Amazing wait staff and cooks. I am always pleasantly surprised by the speed of the cooks and when the cashiers remember the dressing I like without asking. Janitorial staff is needed.“

“It's easy to miss the place at first as it's pretty tucked away but the outside was nice and clean. The inside was pretty chill too, soft yellow lighting, agreeable music. You know, your typical Penn Station fair. Customer service was friendly and the prices weren't too bad. Also use your coupons! They have a lot of value compared to other quick dining options and they get sent out all the time.

Only thing is they put pizza sauce on my philly cheesesteak which is like... okay, listen. I specifically said no pizza sauce, it was already a rough day, and they were just closing up so I think I had a perfectly valid crash-out in the goodwill parking lot next door. Obviously says more about me than Penn Station but I ate it anyway out of spite and now I gotta be the weirdo who likes pizza sauce on a steak sandwich. The fries were perfectly fresh though so it kinda evened out. 9/10

Overall, pretty good experience! Would recommend. Oh and I wanted to review the goodwill parking lot too but there's not a page for it so let's just say it's a lovely place to overreact, try something new, and have a nice cry (not necessarily in that order). 8.5/10“

“Several times we have found ourselves at this location bc the one on water street is just pathetic anymore. This place never disappoints us. It's clean. They don't try to shut down early or make your sandwich in the back bc they want to take the ingredients off the table 2 hours before closing. I will never darken water street subways door again now that we have this one.“

“Standard jimmy johns, quick service, and decent prices. Biggest issue with this Jimmy Johns is its location. It’s incredibly hard to get to if you’re not coming late at night or crossing the highway towards the Richmond centre. If not the only way to get to it is a U-turn at the bridge if you can make it and then turn into the gas station.“

“Got my order quickly and made as asked. Idk if subway has changed the Chipotle recently, but it was noticeably weaker and kind of watery in comparison to the last time I had it. Even with extra sauce, I could hardly taste it. Regardless, it was a good sandwich. Just sad that one sub and a tip was almost $15, with no extra meat/add ons, chips or drink. Just the sandwich. Pricey, so it's a every once in awhile treat.“
