“I just want to give a shout out to Paula and her staff! They do our Wednesday night meals @forksofelkhornpastist. They do such a great job, always good food. This last one, our Holiday Meal last night (for Thanksgiving and Christmas), was also delicious! Her stuffing/dressing is awesome. So, if you are thinking of ordering from them, you won't be disappointed. The BEST thing - the 7 layer salad! I had it for "dessert" last night, even though they have great desserts as well.“

“Shakers Village of Pleasent Hill is off the beaten path. When you get down into the Village you are stopped and asked were your part of the Village you came to see. When you park your car,and enter the Village there is quite silent sound. You hear the birds flap their wings. You hear the creek waters roll over the rocks. You smell clean forest pine trees. “I cannot say enough about the kindness of the staff here. My father had a medical emergency while waiting on dinner and the staff dialed 911 for me within seconds and offered to box up our food because we couldn’t stay to eat it. They also closed the restaurant while the EMT’s were working on Dad. I cannot say enough about the kindness of the employees/ staff. I have eaten there on other occasions too and the food has always been excellent.“
