“Great customer service! My daughter had a pretty bad wipe out in the rain today before coming into the Taylor mill store today. She had a petty nasty scrapes on her knees and elbow. She was in tears and one of sweet workers came over with some cute animal bandaids and a few stickers for all the kids. She was so sweet to my daughter, she was instantly in a better mood after that and it took her mind off her scraped up knees and elbows. I hope she gets recognized for being so kind and her great customer service skills.The milk shakes were also delicious!“

“Had a wonderful experience at Brown Bear Bakery. The rhubarb bun was absolutely excellent — I love rhubarb and this was one of the best pastries I’ve had in a long time. Perfect balance of tart and sweet with a soft, fresh texture.

The everything bagel croissant was also fantastic and such a creative combination. Flaky, buttery, savory, and packed with flavor. Everything we tried tasted fresh and thoughtfully made.

Coffee was great as well, and the service really stood out. Everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot worth returning to.“

The pumpkin pie was so delicate and light (THESE ARE GOOD THINGS). Sometimes a pumpkin pie can be so heavy and too rich but this was effortless joy, airy and the flavor beat anything I’ve ever even attempted to make. “I don't know how to change the star rating, but I give this bakery 5 stars !!!! I ordered a basketweave cake the morning before my daughter's birthday. My husband and daughters are cake people, me not so much. To me all cake taste like it's from a box. Boy, was I wrong! This is the best cake I have ever had. It was a double layer, 8 inch with basketweave and colorful flowers. The cake was so moist and dense....my favorite kind. I'm embarrassed to say how many "little" pieces I had. It was so delicious and I will continue to order from this bakery. I have always bought other things (mainly their large pretzel sandwich and pretzels/bistro dip) but now I am their biggest cake fan!!!“
