“This is by far the best pizza in Richmond! The staff works together like a well oiled machine. The restaurant is super clean, well managed and I HIGHLY recommend it. The 5 meat treat is my go-to for pizza but sometimes they have a Mac & Cheese pizza on the bar that is delicious!!! The salad bar is well stocked, fresh and the lettuce is cut in manageable strips. Not at all like the large chunks that could choke a horse. I love this place for quality at a superbly affordable price! The manager that assisted us was named Aaron. He’s very friendly, super fast, clean and seems to hold the respect of his staff. I’d give them 10 stars if this app would let me!“

“Fantastic pizza and sandwiches. The meatball appetizer is really good as well. We've never had a bad experience with Big City and the staff is really friendly and welcoming. The best sandwich isn't on the menu, ask for the Tipsy Chicken made into a sandwich, add jalapenos!!“
