Updating to say they are still just as fabulous. I had been having a hard week the week I catered an order and accidentally ordered a day earlier and they called to ask if I was picking up and I freaked out and they offered to move it to the actual date and time and I appreciate the manager who did that so very much! After a full day of printing custom t-shirts — standing on my feet, managing designs— I was beyond ready for something cold and comforting. Dairy Queen came through big time.

I swung by to grab a shake, and it ended up being the perfect way to wrap up a long, exhausting day. From the moment I pulled up, the staff was friendly and upbeat — exactly the kind of energy I needed to shake off the stress. I ordered a classic chocolate shake, and not only did it come out quickly, but it was thick, rich, and perfectly blended. You could tell they didn’t skimp on quality.

There’s something about that first cold sip after a day of hard work — it hit the spot in every way. Smooth, creamy, just the right amount of sweetness… It felt like a small reward that made the whole day feel worth it.

The service was fast, the staff was cheerful, and everything was super clean — even during the evening rush. Honestly, it was one of those simple experiences that leaves a big impression.

“This Pizza Hut location is TOP NOTCH! I ordered online to do pickup in store. When I arrived to pick up my pizzas, the associate at the register was extremely friendly and asked how my evening was going. When my order was ready another gentleman called out my name and when I came to the the counter to pickup my food he opened each box to make sure they made my order correctly. After that I picked up my boxes and he came and opened up the door for me so I could make it to my car, without me askinh. I don't know, I have NEVER had such good service at a chain pizza joint ever in my life. Top notch!“

“I’ve been here 3 times in one week simply because the food is delicious and the customer service is wonderful. One lady there has the sweetest and most welcoming “hello!” The second you walk in the door, every time!

Parking: It’s a little crammed but that’s expected in a small strip area.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a friendly all around environment, I wouldn’t say it’s a place where kids can play; it is a business establishment, but they’re definitely welcome to get their food.“

Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking and the doors are wheelchair accessible and they will even come out and help you if you need. They're pretty nice!“

“After two further visits here, I need to update this review. When the location first opened. It was fantastic, I pulled into the drive-thru a few weeks ago and never got assistance, drove around the building and the employees were standing outside. They have two drive-thru Lanes, and we waited in the outside Lane along with a couple other cars and no one ever helped us, they just kept feeding the inside lane through. Had to move to that inside Lane to get any help.“

“I stay in the area and frequent this store at least 5 or more times a month. From the person on the speaker to the person who hands me my food I am pleased with the customer service. I often ask to speak to the manager to give compliments. Even when mistakes were made the workers were polite, respectful and fast to rectify the problem. Some cases I didn’t give my order right but they acted as it was their fault, and fixed my order with no problem and respectful. This is my person favorite store. Great quality of cleanliness, friendliness, customer care and food.

Parking: Service is fast so parking lot is clean, well lit with plenty of options.“

4 years ago review — I usually have hit or miss experiences here however today after having a horrible experience at brownswitch my carhop was an absolute pleasure and even tried to give me her tip to compensate for the terrible service I received at the other Sonic because she felt bad. “I only do the drive-through and their response time and service are tops. The difference between a Wendys burger and all other restaurant chain burgers is their hamburger meet in never frozen. While I am at a loss on how they do this with warehouse delivery and storage, this alone makes all the difference in the world. I promise.“

“Drive thru visit today was spectacular. Ordered an item no longer on the menu (whoops!). Drive thru attendant was very nice & suggested something similar. At the window I was greeted by Sydney who had above average customer service skills. She was friendly, polute and let me know it would be an extra couple of minutes due to them making fresh black pepper chicken. I really liked the fact that she asked me about sauce instead of putting packets I won't use in my bag. I hadn't been to PE in awhile as there are so many good local places on Slidell. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. 2 reasons to bring me back to Panda Express.“
