“Stopped by on a cross-country drive to use the restroom and take our food to-go. The restaurant was clean, service was fast, and the food was hot and fresh. Zero complaints about the store. Only negative is it was very hard to get to from the freeway. Even on a weekday afternoon, the street was jammed with traffic and there are no u-turns at the lights or ability to turn left. Took several lights to be able to turn around to get into it. Just as frustrating to get back out. Great restaurant, just not a convenient road-trip stop.“

4 years ago review — I usually have hit or miss experiences here however today after having a horrible experience at brownswitch my carhop was an absolute pleasure and even tried to give me her tip to compensate for the terrible service I received at the other Sonic because she felt bad. “This Pizza Hut location is TOP NOTCH! I ordered online to do pickup in store. When I arrived to pick up my pizzas, the associate at the register was extremely friendly and asked how my evening was going. When my order was ready another gentleman called out my name and when I came to the the counter to pickup my food he opened each box to make sure they made my order correctly. After that I picked up my boxes and he came and opened up the door for me so I could make it to my car, without me askinh. I don't know, I have NEVER had such good service at a chain pizza joint ever in my life. Top notch!“

“I only do the drive-through and their response time and service are tops. The difference between a Wendys burger and all other restaurant chain burgers is their hamburger meet in never frozen. While I am at a loss on how they do this with warehouse delivery and storage, this alone makes all the difference in the world. I promise.“

Parking: It's in an empty mall parking lot so there's plenty of room for parking....even if you're in an. ....RV!! Plenty!!!

Kid-friendliness: They don't have the little play place outside anymore but kids like to go there still

Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking and the doors are wheelchair accessible and they will even come out and help you if you need. They're pretty nice!“

“Thought I was seeing things when I noticed the Krystal sign on restaurants at the exit. Haven't been to one in over five years. It was between breakfast and lunch but we stopped anyway. Had a Krystal with cheese. Definitely the way I remembered them. Still good. Also got the Krystal chick. That wasn't that great. Really thin chicken over cooked and hard to eat. Didn't notice if they still had the mini hot dog.“

“Waited in line at least 30 minutes to be told they didn't have a menu item I wanted. At that point I'm stuck so I had to pick something else and wait another 30 minutes to get my food. Of course I can see people just hanging around in the kitchen through the window. Whoever manages this place is horrible at their job. It's always like that but this was just insane and I will drive across town now to never visit this store again.“

“I’ve been here 3 times in one week simply because the food is delicious and the customer service is wonderful. One lady there has the sweetest and most welcoming “hello!” The second you walk in the door, every time!

Parking: It’s a little crammed but that’s expected in a small strip area.

“I stay in the area and frequent this store at least 5 or more times a month. From the person on the speaker to the person who hands me my food I am pleased with the customer service. I often ask to speak to the manager to give compliments. Even when mistakes were made the workers were polite, respectful and fast to rectify the problem. Some cases I didn’t give my order right but they acted as it was their fault, and fixed my order with no problem and respectful. This is my person favorite store. Great quality of cleanliness, friendliness, customer care and food.

Parking: Service is fast so parking lot is clean, well lit with plenty of options.“

So when I placed my order, I thought I was getting a double quarter pounder with cheese and instead got a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit meal. “honestly the greatest subway in slidell. i have been here many of times and even during some of the instances in which these negative reviews are talking about. most of the bad reviewers treated the staff with ZERO respect and expected the staff to accept the disrespect then complained when they don’t. they are amazing people and deserve the respect you expect.

“I didn’t catch the gift of the working gentleman’s name, but I’d be a wealthier man if I did (11/30/25 evening shift, around 8:00P). He was timely, friendly, and his sub crafting skills were superb. Every nuanced request of mine was met- nay; exceeded- to the fullest extent of my wildest Eat Fresh dreams. I asked for light salt and pepper: he actually listened. I asked for extra pickles: his demeanor said “say less”. This man follows through. Next time you’re passing through Slidell, make it a point to slide into Subway during this man’s shift. Also give him a raise. ❤️“
