“I don't understand those old reviews. I've been the recently and apparently they have improved.They might not have one ingredient that you want or they might ask u to wait just like 2 minutes because they were doing something else but otherwise I haven't had a bad experience there“

“I came here looking for lent options and they had all burgers. I was going to pull off, and the manager stopped and asked what was wrong. I advised that it is Friday and we could not have meet, however the shrimp burger sounded good. He then told me he could make the burger with only shrimp. He was EXTREMELY KIND AND PATIENT. We just got home, and it was delicious! The bread is soo good. Both me and my husband enjoyed it. The guy in the drive through said he was the assitant manager and he was amazing. amazing customer service, fresh food. We are going back tomorrow.“

“This Seafood spot is such a surprise!!!! Don't let the exterior put you off...the food is SPECTACULAR and their prices are really reasonable too! Their fish is prepared to perfection, tender AND flakey! Sooooo delish! I will be a regular!“

“Got food to go, but went inside to order. Plenty of options for sauces and they can easily accommodate bun options as well. Also having a choice of edamame as a side was pretty awesome. Fries are the soft/greasy style, kind of like Five Guys. My son got the kids meal with a lettuce wrap. I got the chili burger which was pretty tasty. They have good shakes as well.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals that can be fully customized to the child's tastes.“

“Just had Chicken Shack on Acadian for the first time, after my daughter kept raving about it. I got the chicken dinner with red beans and rice and the mustard greens. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat chicken from any place else again. They’ve gotten their recipes down pat. I wish I could have had an entire pint of the greens alone!“

“I had smalls a few years ago and I remember it being pretty good and kinda completely forgot about it! My friends and I went the other night and it was so so good. We heard they had queso so we had to try it and a cookies and cream shake. I think last time we went they only had chocolate and vanilla. Unfortunately their ice cream machine was down but the sliders and fries with queso was so yum. The service was super fast and the employees were very nice and patient since we had like 5 people in the car for the drive through.“

“This Chick-fil-A must be one of the busiest places in the whole city. But you almost wouldn’t know it because they keep things moving at a good pace. The employees are always kind and helpful, and my order rarely has any mistakes (an occasional missing straw or spoon). My coworkers and I frequent this location - often multiple times per week! If you’re willing to deal with College Drive traffic, you can’t go wrong with this Chick-fil-A.“

“It's always good at the Plank Rd. Raising Cane's. The store is clean and the food is hot and fresh. I also like that there's a policeman that patrols at night as well. Though I don't like the reasoning behind the patrolman, I can appreciate business looking out for the safety of the patrons and staff.“

“Had not been here in years. Would love for their to be walk up ordering. However...the ladies working were absolutely lovely and my memories flooded back at the first bite of that chili cheese hot dog! An absolute must is the fries with chili, cheese, bacon, and ranch!Is it healthy food? Absolutely NOT! But it is delicious!Also budget friendly...which is probably one of the reasons it is still in business after all these years. (Just outside the LSU gates)We stopped in for a bit of nostalgia. “Loved this place. My Meme uses a walker & is dependent on it. They immediately came to the door to help us get her in. They were so sweet. There weren't many people there when we went for 2:30 which made it easy on us. They close at 3pm & were still gracious & not rushing us. 5 stars to the whole staff!! Thank y'all!!Parking: The only thing they lacked was a handicap ramp at the door.Kid-friendliness: We saw two little girls in there with their baby dolls & the cashier kept asking the little girl how she (baby doll) was because she (baby doll) had a fever. “Honestly I'd give this place no stars for a rating if I could. Every time I am there to pick up an order or for myself, they are about rude and have poor customer service. Food should not be prepared on the checkout counter where it's dirty and unsanitary. I don't think people that have poor people skills should work in customer services...“

“Yes! Amazing 2 out of 2 times, amazing snowballs, I asked for extra juice and was blown away, l got coconut x2 juice and before nectar wand cake batter . Amazing stuff! The ice is super super soft and it absorbs the juice. They also have a number of other lunch items that seems to be popular“
