“I went to Subway really hungry as everything shuts down early in Baker. It was almost 9:00 pm but Trinity and Janae was still very professional and willing to help. We had a good conversation while my food was being prepared. Trinity enlightened me and said she just received a promotion and I congratulated her and gave her a few words of advice. She appreciated that as much as I appreciated them for assisting me without hesitation. Good luck and outstanding job ladies. I hope your upper management sees this and acknowledge the both of you for this!!“

“This by far has to be one of the most consistent and best Subways in Baton Rouge. My order is always correct and made fast. The employees are not big on friendly customer service but they are polite and competent. My only complaint is they rarely have chocolate chip cookies in the evenings when I go after work. But when they do have them, the cookies are the best! The neighborhood is not the best. So if you want to get in and out fast, order on the app. It's easy and let's you know when the order is ready.“

“Had lunch there last week on fried chicken day. First thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the place was. It’s a large space and was exceptionally clean. Since it was my first time there I approached the cashier and asked how the process works. I could not have approached a friendlier person. She was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. The servers were also very friendly and kept their areas very clean. Got my fried chicken with two sides and a drink. The chicken was exceptionally delicious. So very good. And not greasy- fried to perfection. I had green beans and a peach cobbler as my sides. The price point is very attractive. I’m looking forward to going again.“

“Cleanest subway I've been inside in a long time, and the location is pretty slow, so the staff follow health codes and guidelines.

Check your receipt though, they tack on tips onto the receipts without checking with the customer!“

“This subway is located confidently next to my daughter's dance studio. So we have been finding ourselves visiting it often as it is clean, everyone that works there is very pleasant and the food is always good.

Kid-friendliness: They employees are paient and friendly, and all the dancers that go over there for food come out smiling and happy. This location does deal with all ages if kids alot because of its location.“

“Three times in a row the staff didn't bother to read the ticket and short-changed me, ripped me off $2 each time. Reached out for a refund and they told me I can just call and talk to the owner if I want. How about you just give me the food I ordered?

“The employees are very nice. They do there best to make sure your order is exactly the way you want it. The dining room is clean (which is HUGE in my book). The associate that served my husband and took her time to explain things that we were confused about. You would have never known there were any other customers but us in the restaurant.“
