A Celiac-Friendly Gem in Baton Rouge.
On a one-way road trip June 13, my son and I stopped at Eliza Restaurant & Bar. We were staying the night in Baton Rouge and AI had called out Eliza as one of the better local cuisine restaurants with GF options. Walking in without a reservation, the hostess kindly found us a table—an unexpected courtesy that made us feel both lucky and welcome (making a reservation is highly recommended, I saw 3 others walk-ins turned away).

Love Eliza! Celiac friendly! One of the few safe places for fried foods if you are celiac. All meals I have had here have been wonderful and it's my dad's go to spot when he comes to visit.
Book your dinner date! Eliza’s has the atmosphere, service and dinner you want. We had crab dip, which was the best I’ve had in town. Pimento cheese balls and crab cakes. The crab cakes her incredible. I’ve you love Louisiana food this is your place.
