“I came here after running the Louisiana marathon so ordered a ton of food. The Korean tofu is the best tofu I’ve ever had in my life - a must-try if you like spicy food. Indonesian noodles were excellent. I got the lasagna to go and it looks beautiful. I was not expecting to find vegan lasagna in Baton Rouge! Staff is great and it’s a nice sit-down spot. “We loved the Hwy 61 stuffed burger and Jamaican wings, loaded fries were yummy too. The Voodoo Punch is sooooo refreshing!“

“We went for good seafood and the best crawfish we heard. When we walk in we has awesome service. Our server Aundria E was the best. She took care of us from drinks and helped explain the menu!! Food was hot and good. Great place and definitely number 1 server!! We will be back!!“

“I don’t know if anyone reads anything from this site but I wanted to post a rave for the Baton Rouge location. My mom was transferred into hospice care on the day I ate at your restaurant. It was a horrible day until the nicest server/waitress I have ever had sat us down. She couldn’t have known what we were going through or how much she brightened our day. She was pregnant, I know that. Otherwise I don’t remember her name. One of those days I guess. She just had this light about her and when she smiled Everything seemed a little better. I think God put her there at that moment. Hopefully she will be there the next time we go. But if not I was posting this to tell her thankyou for being you. And good luck with your pregnancy. You are going to be an awesome mom. You are full of light and love. May God bless you abundantly.“

“Outstanding in all aspects! We got to town a little late & stopped in just for a lite bite & drinks. The oysters, black and blue tips & wine were so wonderful we returned after business the next night to try more. Round 2 included the Feta Whipped Brussels, Creole French dip & Duck + Butter beans. “We had such a great time last night celebrating our son's 25th birthday! Our waiter was perfect and the food was delicious. Our crew got a bit rowdy at times and we apparently stayed an hour after closing. I didn't realize this until I got home and googled their hours because it was so quiet in there besides us. But no one said a word about the noise or the overtime. Thank y'all so much for being so accommodating!! It was a special night for us all.“

“Unfortunately my fries were almost room temp when my food came, but dang those burgers more than compensate! I got the double and with two THICC patties, the amount of meat you get for your money is amazing! If you haven't yet, I definetly recommend checking this place out.“

“Jay Alexanders in Baton Rouge is one of those places to go if you want a complete dining experience. The service and the food has ALWAYS been EXCELLENT and tonight was no exception. They were busy and we had a short wait for an accessible table ( in a wheelchair) but again, it was worth it. Highly recommend this restaurant. Chloe and Madison were OUTSTANDING. “The food was amazing. We enjoyed the Sunday brunch menu which included the French onion soup, fried oyster salad and for entrees we ate the New Orleans Crab Cake Benedict and Short Rib Benedict. The manger was so gracious as to give me a small bottle of champagne to take home since all the desserts were made with chocolate and I am allergic. We will definitely be back for the dinner menu. Fantastic table side service, beautiful ambiance and excellent master chef food.“

“We stayed at the hotel a couple of months ago when we dropped off our oldest at school. We decided to grab a late night bite and some drinks before going back to the room and let me tell you it didnt disapoint!!!! The red fish plate was delicious!! The bartender was very friendly and even made me a lavender drink bc I had told him I loved anything lavender. I have been craving the red fish ever since we came back to Dallas and want to go back to just for that specific plate. Everything was good the fish, mashed potatoes the only thing was the asparagus needed a little more seasoning but that was about it. I highly recommend this little place“
