“I love that it's conveniently located, the service is kinda slow but that's ok. The 4 stars instead of 5 is because their earpeace equipment don't work. I had to repeat my order 4 times and get louder and louder and i don't like feeling like I'm yelling. So hopefully they get that fixed. Cus i felt bad for having to raise my voice in order for the girl to hear me. But the order was correct and it tasted fine.“

“So I went it on 9/11/24 and they were backed up with a woman being unreasonable and rude ordering off a picture some tik tok made item and was rude the entire time the staff held it togather wonderfully and still provided excellent service and the food was delicious“

“Just left the Pizza Hut in Benton and there must have been some change in management. The lady that was in there working was rocking and rolling that place. Food was ready when I got there and she was extremely pleasant. Please give this Burt Blvd. Pizza Hut another change if you haven’t ordered recently. I had a great experience and the food was hot and ready when I arrived to pick it up. I love when our local places are amazing.“

“Absolutely love using the app to order and earn points. I’m so glad CFA opens EARLY for those of us who commute between 6-7am. I have encountered the nicest lady on two different occasions here on my morning drop in. I think she may be a team lead or manager (my receipt says Hannah)- either way she’s awesome. She makes sure things run smoothly in the mornings. We order from this CFA regularly as they have gluten free options and are conveniently located.“

One thing that would definitely bring me back more often, is if they would lower their prices just slightly. It's just hard to give them as much business as I would like with the prices being so high. But otherwise this place is great!“

“Some of the employees don't understand the concept of Customer Service. One cashier was chewing gum, one was not very polite, and the on-duty manager was not interested in hearing my complaint about the cashier taking the order through the drive-through being curt, almost rude.“

“Extremely well run store! The Manager Jen was very professional and ON POINT. Everyone looked like they were having a good time working together and you could see the chemistry because everything flowed so smoothly. The food was amazing as well. I got my specialty like always. The Patty Melt, with bacon, grilled jalapeños and extra creamy pepper sauce. It was great! I will make it my point to visit this location every time I am in the Shreveport area.“

“I want to give a huge shout-out to Makayla, Tekia, and Chris at this Taco Bell. Every time I come in, they treat me with the kind of customer service you don’t see often anymore. They’re always welcoming, respectful, and quick, even when the store is busy or the drive-thru is packed.

Makayla is always patient and friendly — she makes sure my order is right and never rushes me. She has great energy and brings positivity to the whole place.

Tekia is super kind and professional. You can tell she takes pride in her job because she double-checks everything and makes sure customers leave happy. She goes above and beyond without even trying.

And Chris is just solid every time. Fast, polite, and always in a good mood. He keeps the line moving but still makes customers feel like they matter.

Together, this team makes this Taco Bell one of the best I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, the service is on point, and the atmosphere feels welcoming because of people like them. Management is lucky to have workers who care this much.

“I had not eaten here in a while. I went to get a quick bite after a Dr visit and went to order something from the grilled menu. they had cut it down to chicken and salmon for the only options and didn't have all the sides they used to have. Got the hamburger steak 🤢.I opened it after getting home and didn't dare eat it. You shouldn't allow any food that looks like this off the food line to go in customers hands. I also didn't get 2 sides I paid for. Will NOT be coming back.“

The cheese sticks were good but my burger wasn’t cold but definitely not nice and hot like I prefer my hamburger. The staff were friendly and had smiles. I hate going somewhere and you feel like you’re not welcome. They seemed to be happy.“

“This is my go to lunch stop when I'm working in Benton. The service quality definitely depends on who is working in the kitchen. Just today I received two chalupas that had stale shells and the meat tasted like the container wasnt rinsed properly after cleaning. Yet the previous month I got immaculate crunchy tacos that legit looked like the posters.

It's a real coin toss on whether you'll get quality or slop.“
