“I came here after running the Louisiana marathon so ordered a ton of food. The Korean tofu is the best tofu I’ve ever had in my life - a must-try if you like spicy food. Indonesian noodles were excellent. I got the lasagna to go and it looks beautiful. I was not expecting to find vegan lasagna in Baton Rouge! Staff is great and it’s a nice sit-down spot. “Cheba Hut is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The portions are pretty generous and they pile on the toppings. The atmosphere is fun if you are 4/20 friendly or even just like music and movies, etc. I would highly recommend giving Subway and Jimmy John's a break and trying Cheba Hut for a different experience. You won't be disappointed!“

The ingredients in the quesadillas were fresh and the rations were bountiful. The toasted pressed tortilla, cheddar cheese, with chicken was delicious and complementing well. Accordingly, The music disc jockey provided vibrant tunes during the intervals and commercial breaks of the Saints | Panthers NFL contests. “I've been here countless times for remote work. Both the inside and outside have been newly remodeled, and the atmosphere and style is cozy and very nicely designed. They have a sick outdoor courtyard that is freshly remodeled. They also have two big communal tables inside, so if you bring a big group when it's not too busy, you may be able to get one of them. The workers here are the sweetest people, and the service has always been great. As far as coffee shop pastries go, the pastries here are some of the best, if not the best, in Baton Rouge. Their homemade pop-tarts are a MUST-ORDER ITEM.. they will change the trajectory of your life!!! Their savory food items are also homemade, but they need some tweaking. All of the savory sandwiches/panini I've tried have an element of sweetness, which is weird. I wish they were saltier and less sweet, especially for anything that has egg. The grits bowl is VERY good, but I am personally freaked out by the amount of butter they put in the grits. We all know that butter makes grits taste great, but the grits at Magpie take this way way too far. I think it would be awesome if they made them with less butter, but then add the option to get more butter on the side for people who want more.

Unfortunately it would be unfair for me to comment on their coffee because I don't even like coffee. Anyway, this place is AMAZING and I highly recommend it.“

We brought them downtown to take pictures so we went to eat as well but asked to be separated bc we were there but didmt want to intrude. The staff were attentive, funny, and helpful. My pizza was ready in less than 15 minutes and was absolutely amazing! My husband ate some of it last night and loved it just as much as I did. Definitely will be returning! My only advice would be to post a menu from which to order at the drive-thru.“

The lady at the counter was super sweet and made us a combo drink with the Golden Retriever beer and a pineapple jalapeño syrup that was absolutely delicious. We got the brussel sprouts and they were good but I would've preferred them a tad crispier personally.

I worried I would not be able to get an order done with little notice but, I called and spoke to Samy with Serop's Cafe and he was more than accommodating. He delivered hot, delicious AND healthy food that everyone enjoyed in a little over 30 minutes! Now that is great customer service! Highly recommend this restaurant.“

A super grande vanilla latte with foam is like maybe getting a grande coffee. If you ask for no foam or froth only 1-6 can understand what that means. Not sure how else to order no froth or foam and get a super grande cup of vanilla latte.“

“We stayed at the hotel a couple of months ago when we dropped off our oldest at school. We decided to grab a late night bite and some drinks before going back to the room and let me tell you it didnt disapoint!!!! The red fish plate was delicious!! The bartender was very friendly and even made me a lavender drink bc I had told him I loved anything lavender. I have been craving the red fish ever since we came back to Dallas and want to go back to just for that specific plate. Everything was good the fish, mashed potatoes the only thing was the asparagus needed a little more seasoning but that was about it. I highly recommend this little place“
