“One of the best tours we had. The Houmas House is not only charming but it has a welcoming atmosphere. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, personable and passionate about the entire history of the plantation manor. I would return to do the house tour again and allow more time to visit the museum as well.“

“Fantastic Turnaround – Excellent Catered Dinner After an off experience on Valentine’s Day… I don’t usually write follow-up reviews, but after an off experience (missing items, quality issues, etc.) on Valentine’s Day, I wanted to share how impressed we were with the follow-up. Kerry Kelley reached out, listened to our feedback, and kindly catered our dinner last night. Everything was spot-on and absolutely delicious—the food was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. Highlights included perfectly prepared steak and seafood dishes that reminded us why we’ve loved Mike Anderson’s for years. The portions were generous, everything arrived hot and well-packaged, and the overall experience turned our view around completely. It’s clear they take customer satisfaction seriously and go the extra mile to make things right. Thank you to both the Gonzales Prairieville teams for the great recovery—we’re excited to order again and will definitely be back for dine-in soon. “I went through the drive through just now. While handing the girl my card, she was trying to hand me my order at the same time. In the exchange, the bag of food ended up falling to the ground. To me, it was no big deal, but the manager immediately had someone remake my entire order, and even upgraded my side item to a large! This was a pleasant surprise and fun start to my day. The staff at Chic-fil-A Gonzales really went above and beyond, and in my opinion, we all need to be more like that when mistakes happen. Id like to add, I frequent this place every week to other week, and I've never had a negative experience.“

“Fast & friendly service. The food is delicious!! We have gone through the drive-through once a week for the last four weeks, and now weekly have to have our chicken salad chick fix. The Pimento cheese is awesome. Also the chicken salad with the cranberries. The broccoli salad is great, and the grape salad is wonderful. It also feels like a healthy meal. This has quickly become my favorite place.“
