“Great food! Been picking up food here for years. The pork jambalaya and pork roast in roux gravy are both fantastic. We also love the white beans and potato salad. This is the only place I’ll order potato salad or jambalaya from. Plenty of meat in the jambalaya. Food is consistently great - like home cooked and. We usually call order in a day or two ahead. It’s always ready on time, no matter how big or small our order is.“

Mrs. Fontenot, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout the booking/delivering process and even made sure I was fed when I just came to drop the check off. “Being from Florida this was my first time experiencing the restaurant. It was recommended by friends and I must say it was a great experience. My family and I had a variety of dishes. I had the boudin egg roll which were delicious along with the Shrimp jambalaya.My wife had the chicken club and red beans and rice which are outstanding. My mother had the catfish and shrimp plate which is huge portions. The adult drinks are great with a huge selection. If I get the opportunity to visit I will definitely make a stop back. Love the atmosphere during football season although I’m not a Saints fan lol. But highly recommend giving this place a try.“

“Bayou Effect 10/10?I ordered the Seafood Pasta +Sweet Chili Wings . Along with Seafood Potato +Fish . The servings perfect for the price ! The pasta with the crawfish tails in the Alfredo sauce was perfect. I’d actually recommend the same cheese sauce for the seafood potato , which was very good as well. The wings were cooked perfectly and the sweet chili sauce is finger licking good ! And the fish was very crispy and seasoned!“

“First time eating here I think... I ordered a double cheeseburger meal. Burger was so big I couldn't eat but half! Fries were hot and fresh. But the ultimate win was mayo on top AND bottom bun..now even Burger King doesn't do that!!!! I'll definitely be back!“
