“Just got home with a large bucket of jamblaya and opened up and made me a plate. It looked good but the rice was lacking flavor and there wasnt enough meat in it. Been here a bunch of times since I quit going to jambalaya shop years ago when they quit putting barely any sausage in it. Not worth the money I spent. Guess they going downhill too. Id try somewhere else. Edit**** They made it right by giving me a free bucket of jambalaya seasoned like it usually is and I appreciate that, so I recommend them.“

“Outstanding in all aspects! We got to town a little late & stopped in just for a lite bite & drinks. The oysters, black and blue tips & wine were so wonderful we returned after business the next night to try more. Round 2 included the Feta Whipped Brussels, Creole French dip & Duck + Butter beans. “Willie’s has been a favorite since they were a little hole in the wall in Industiplex. I was so disappointed Friday to order crawfish and get 3 pounds of tiny crawfish that peeled and tasted like they had been boiled the day before and reheated. Plus when the crawfish were gone there were enough tiny claws to cover the bottom of the tray. Come on guys, you can do better! Fried cheese logs are no longer logs. They have shrunk in size but not price. Really disappointing…new management? Not sure but won’t go back for crawfish, that’s for sure!“

I look forward to doing future business and school fundraisers with them! I also order Gumbo from them every year for a Christmas Eve party I host! They never disappoint!!“

“My friend and I arrived 20 mins til closing and they were out of most menu items, but we're pretty easy going and just really wanted to try some good, quick Cajun food on our trip through the state. This place had just that! We were greeted by friendly staff, even as they cleaned and prepared to go home. They didn't mind us coming in late and helped us decide, since we are not familiar with the area or the menu. The food was delicious and affordable (I am currently trying to deconstruct the potato salad, in order to figure out the recipe). Generous portions, balanced flavor and right amount of spice for this wayward wanderer. What the establishment lacked in atmosphere, it made up for in service, flavor, and efficiency. I would definitely return if the opportunity presents itself.“

“My family and I found this place randomly. We were craving crawfish, and we could smell how delicious it was while driving by. We stopped by chance and tried it out. It was absolutely what we were looking for! The sizes varied but were all filled with so much flavor. Great catches and the sides were also delicious. “Bayou Effect 10/10?I ordered the Seafood Pasta +Sweet Chili Wings . Along with Seafood Potato +Fish . The servings perfect for the price ! The pasta with the crawfish tails in the Alfredo sauce was perfect. I’d actually recommend the same cheese sauce for the seafood potato , which was very good as well. The wings were cooked perfectly and the sweet chili sauce is finger licking good ! And the fish was very crispy and seasoned!“

“Best chicken fried chicken I've ever had. Mac n cheese wasn't anything to write home about. friend had oysters she wasnt impressed. Catfish needed seasoning in the breading.“
