My family and I have enjoyed visiting this location over the years with friendly staff and excellent barista's, many of whom we've became great friends with over the years. Recently over the past few encounters with one of your staff members (Grace). We have had horrible customer service and drink preparation. I was hesitant to file a complaint before because she was a new face and learning, but this has been repeated behavior happening over the past two months of encountering her (Grace) during her shift.

When ordering our drinks, we ordered a kids minisippi. At the window she repeated the drink as a mochasippi. I repeated that the drink should be a minisippi just to clarify that the drink would be caffeine free, and was given a bothersome annoyed look before Grace confirmed that it was a minisippi drink. This does happen sometimes occasionally with other staff when they repeat the order, and I'll verify with them in the same manner. The only difference is the staff if friendly and happy to confirm the correctness of the order. I do this for a reason because a newly hired staff once prepared the kids drink with the shot of espresso in it but the manager (Haley) at the time caught the error and had the barista remake the drink.

Grace then walks away from the window aggressively closing the window in my face. When she finally returned to hand half of our order of prepared drinks that the barista had to complete on her own, she asked if I had my other drink. I told her no, and began to ask for straws and sleeves for the drinks she just handed us, and she turned away again slamming the window in my face. When she returned with the final drink, she asked was there anything else I needed. I told her yes, before the shut the window in my face I was asking you for the straws, sleeves and a few extra napkins. She appeared unworried, unbothered or unapologetic about her actions or attitude which ultimately prompted me to write this review.

I don't view the actions of this one person as the standard set by CCs or this location, but better training, guidance, and hiring practices may be required if this is where things are heading. It pains me to write this review because I have a high tolerance for bs and patience, but feel this needed to be highlighted with regards to staff member Grace.

On another note, Haley, Josh, and the majority of all the staff members I've encountered at this location are great and exhibit the type of service I expect during a visit when I'm craving my CCs.“

“Tbh, every Starbucks I’ve been to I’ve never really had a bad experience. I might have had like a drink not made quite as good as another Starbucks I’ve been to but that’s the extent of it lol. This Starbucks was pretty good the staff was great and gotta say the drink 🥤 was made just right definitely the way I liked it…. SWEET! 😊“

“I live right down the road from here and it's on my way to work so I figured I would stop by to try it out on my day off I got the St Patrick's Day vanilla and Irish cream with whipped cream and marshmallows on top and it is incredible I don't think I'll ever go to another Starbucks or CC's I can't wait to try out some of their breakfast options customer service was incredible drink was delicious and is almost gone on a 5-minute drive home“

“A Heartfelt Thank You to the Starbucks Staff!!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience at this Starbucks. Based on the google street views and retracing my drive, I think I am writing about the right Starbucks.
I was driving from Katy, TX to NJ, and after starting my trip at 2 AM, I finally stopped in Louisiana around 6:30 AM feeling completely exhausted. I went into the store barely able to keep my eyes open. When the barista asked how I was doing, I told her I was sleepy and needed a strong coffee. She kindly suggested a latte with an extra shot of espresso, which turned out to be exactly what I needed.
I sat down to rest, sipping my coffee and feeling a little more human. As I was getting ready to leave, I went to wash my face, and when I came back, the same barista handed me a small bag of cookies for the road, wishing me a safe trip. It was such a sweet and kind gesture, and I was really touched.
Later on, when I opened the bag somewhere in Tennessee, I found not just cookies, but a mix of nuts & raisins, rice cake, and an energy bar. It felt like a mom making sure her kid had everything they needed to keep going in this situation — such a simple, caring & thoughtful gesture that made all the difference. I couldn’t help but feel grateful, and honestly, a little emotional.
I never got to thank her in person like this, but I’ll never forget the kindness she showed. Thank you for such a moving experience and I wish you well in whatever you do. You made a long, tiring trip just a little bit easier. God bless you!“
