“Chick fil a is pretty solid, but i noticed after the remodel the chicken here is always over cooked and hard, service is still amazing but the kitchen can use some help . I’ve resolved this issue in the app, but i just wanted to give a heads up to people that may be interested“

“I find my self here several days a week. It's always fresh and fast. The employees are always very kind. It can be busy during lunch time hours but other wise there is always indoor seating and there is also outside seating available at this location. The parking lot is large so plenty of parking. The lobby is also always clean and kept.“

“The manager was amazing and knew what she was doing and took such good care of us. The only problem was the drink machines were out at the time. The food was delicious and fast to come out. I have to say again the lady in charge was sweet, funny, and made sure my family and I had what we needed and wanted.“

“Stopped by for dinner. They had issues with their electronic ordering system but Alyssa took our order anyway. Our dinner was delivered to our table and Alyssa even came by to make sure everything was fine. The Staff was friendly and courteous. The food was hot and delicious! Even the fries were fresh and hot. They had a line of orders for frozen custard but got it out quickly. The seating area was very clean with Staff picking up the trays and baskets from the waste receptacles when customers left. Well done Alyssa and Staff. We will be back!“

“This is not our local Sonic but we were in the area and wanted some snacks. This Sonic provided exceptional service!! Im not sure if the same person took our order, than who brought it out, but they got everything right, the first time; even the specific requests we made. I was reading the screen to make sure. The food didnt take long to come out eventhough most car stalls were occupied (i.e. it was pretty busy). I would say we got our order in less than 10mins, maybe even 5mins. I honestly was not counting because I already had it in my head that we would be waiting a good while. Thats how it is at our local Sonic in Houma, even when its not occupied. Dalton, our carhop, was very professional and pleasant. He repeated our order for us to make sure they got everything correct, which they did!! I am the type that checks our order before leaving. Not only was all our food there, but all of our dipping sauces, straws, and spoon were there too. They even made sure we had napkins. I was definitely pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to ask for anything because nothing was missing. At our local Sonic we are usually missing one thing or another. Dalton also told us about a giveway. Again, this is not our local Sonic so we wont be able to participate but, if we're ever in the area, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for such a great experience. Wish we had yall as our local Sonic.“

“Tonight, I placed an online order for the 1st time. The process was very easy. I arrived at the restaurant at the time the app said, then I waited 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, after 15 minutes, I flagged down a server and asked him if there was a problem? He said they only had 1 person working the kitchen. 20 minutes later, I received my food😯 I understood things happen, but I feel 20 minutes is excessive. And I did feel bad for the over-worked employees...“

“Never been to any Jersey mikes I’ve only ever had subway subs but I’m so glad I branched out. I told staff I hadn’t been so didn’t know what I’d want and they made very very good suggestions and were so friendly about it. 10/10 will be back when I’m in a town that has a store. They also had my hot sandwich cooked super fast.“
