“When I usually stop in this place I usually get good service from the staff but for some reason my server was not very nice to me at all, from the time I walked in the door she would ask everyone that she was serving for extra coffee gave them good service but I had to ask and the look on her face and I still walked out and gave her a tip.“

“this restaurant lacks professionalism and respect for customers from the manager to the staff. I completed an online order and got 7min home to eat and realized my order was incomplete. I immediately called back and was told the manager was in a meeting at 10:15am. When asked how long was the wait Jada whose name i found out later either planned to hang up on me or put me on hold until i hung up. when i returned back i asked another person Javon if he could get the manager. i was told no one could do a Refund but the manager. Cause at this point i just want my money back. He goes to the back and ask the kitchen manager and they said it will take 4 days because i did it online. ( really but your phone recorder prompts you to order online) So i ask him since it was their error and i had to drive 7 min back to get it resolved what was going to be done about my inconvenience. He said he didn't know. I said can you go ask. While he's leaving I'm asking him his name and the girl at the counter. he says her name is Jada, she's come back around the corner from getting my items and says so you wanted to know my name it Jayda and spelled the last name sacristically. I told her i didn't ask her i already have it. i left my name and number for the desoto manager to call me. it 2pm and no call. I called and was put on hold for 11 minutes and no one ever picked up. Money and time is precious so if a manager doesn't have time to respond to a complaint they are not worth my money. this is a public service announcement. BE WARE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY NOR TIME.“

“I enjoyed everything about the place. The waitresses were awesome with all of their customers I noticed. My whole catfish dinner was delightfully delicious. My husband said his was also and hot.“
“They have recently redone the Tailwind coffee shop to be more of a coffee shop and a bar.
I tried a delicious grilled cheese and one of their new cocktails.
It was all very good and I'm glad that there are now more options of food near the American Airlines gate.
Carmen was amazing, she was polite, friendly and very helpful answering questions since the bar only opened yesterday (1/14/2025)
Bar hours are 6am till 11pm, and lunch starts at 11am.“

“We went last night about 3:00 am....There was only one worker....He seated us ....took our order went and cooked it ..served it to us in record time....all by himself...My daughter had a double cheeseburger nd seasoned fries.....I had a regular meal ...my wife had big grandslam it was cooked to perfection.We realized he was a one man show.......and my wife was a waitress before...so we tipped him well he was so professional......he deserves a raise....I wish I would have got his name.......Yall have a talented person right there.....sincerely Gabe Garza“
