“We had our holiday party here and it was absolutely amazing!! Starting with the frozen margaritas, through the chips, salsa, queso and table side fresh guacamole and onto the tacos, quesadillas and burritos the food was delicious and authentic. Of course a great dining experience includes both food and service and just like the food the service was top notch. The staff truly made it a wonderful experience. Before we left we were already planning a return visit!“

“Denied access to a legally allowed service dog without any interest in making accommodation. The dog tucked immediately under the table where she is supposed to be and the server (maybe owner) came over immediately asking for paperwork, which isn't required in the United States. Any paperwork provided is typically bought off the internet. Don't waste your time or money here. Sharing their intolerance on every platform. Also just found out that the person who told us we couldn't eat there laughed and tried to joke with the rest of our party and offer free drinks after the fact like that was going to fix splitting our dinner party.“

“Cava is a great place to eat for a fast chain restaurant. The salads are amazing with a great variety option. I personally love the honey harissa chicken and the braised lamb salad bowls. Every time I go here the employees are helpful if I have any questions and provide excellent service. I have been eating at this Cava for over a year and has always had great experiences! Give them a try and mix it up! 😁“

“Great place for breakfast, menu has changed some what, less omelet selection, grits are a little runner spread out onto the plate looks like more but less. I ordered fish and grits w/eggs. Instead waiter brought me a bowl shrimp and grits with eggs on the side. I ask where is the fish she said oh! Yes came back with the fish. I told her I had ordered fish and grits, no sir you ask for shrimp and grits. Anyway the food taste good my guess were happy, In the end so was I. 9/04/23.“

And I cannot tell you how many times we kinda got lost in the system and the service was soooo slow! They comp a drink but to be honest- 2 hours for a meal for 2 people is just long. Chocolate dessert seemed to be shrinking in size as well. For a $200 meal for 2, I personally wouldn’t have wanted to repeat the night again. The food was authentic, fresh, hot and delicious. Our table had the lasagne, spaghetti and meatballs, Mr Ed’s special poboy and the stuffed seafood bell pepper. “This is a tiny little restaurant tucked away on Maple. Although small, the food is absolutely amazing. This was my first time and I can not believe I didnt know about it until now. We got the chicken fresh rolls and the shumai to start. Both were absolutely amazing. I got the Thai Sweet and Sour lunch special and it was perfect. Not a strong flavored dish which makes it even better. I will definitely be returning to try the other dishes.“

“OMG!!! I came to this place on a whim this morning. This is the best food I have had from a cafe joint in a very long time. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese with a Salad and it was DIVINE! Well cooked, nicely seasoned. A pleasant Saturday surprised. I highly recommend this small cafe on St. Claude, located a block from Fredrick Douglass High School. Oh, and the vibes are heavenly.
