“On my trip here in Louisiana, I probably gone about 15 to 20 times. So far. I tend to get the same thing or change it up every once in awhile. Some of the bartenders seem very nice, some don't seem like they want to be there. They don't really have conversations with the customers and feel engaged.

They are very busy so I understand that they want break sometimes but it's an immediate jump on their phone and disconnect rather than having a nice conversation.

I feel like the chefs in the back could do a little bit more improvement. When I order steaks. It's either extremely overcooked and sometimes undercooked.

I've asked for medium, but it has still come out mooing on my plate. Thankfully I was able to have it regrilled but then it just started tasting charkly because it was dried out and burnt.

I just started getting the chicken fried steak with the same two sides because it's the same two options and it's the safest pork consistency purposes.

I noticed that my size portions are inconsistent. One day I've ordered mac and cheese and it barely covers the bottom of the cup. Sometimes I've ordered mac and cheese where it's overfilling and same thing with the fries I've only had baskets that had five to 10 fries, I've also had baskets that are overflowing.

All in all, the atmosphere is really nice and it's very consistent. It's always a safe option to go to Texas Roadhouse. That's why I go there so often for work.“

“We had to wait a good 30 minutes for our food but we ordered a tomahawk. The food was great and filling. They have a great atmosphere that makes me want to come back. I did not know they have crab legs, which isn’t on the menu but they have them. I’ll definitely be back to try the crab legs. $60 for all you can eat.“

“While I’ll aways recommend, tonight definitely was a damper on what used to hold a top reputation for years for us. We went for our 17th anniversary (just 2 people). And I cannot tell you how many times we kinda got lost in the system and the service was soooo slow! They comp a drink but to be honest- 2 hours for a meal for 2 people is just long. Chocolate dessert seemed to be shrinking in size as well. For a $200 meal for 2, I personally wouldn’t have wanted to repeat the night again. Steak was okay but chewy and my husband’s more expensive steak, lacked flavor. I love ya La Boca but tonight will probably make us wait a bit to return.“

“picked up a to-go order, slight issue with order coming through. get there, no order’s been put in. They apologize, and throw in free french fries. Something about my order came through as 2 burgers. We come back 20 minutes later. Not only do they bring out my food TO me but they also threw in the 2 burgers that the mix up came through as for free! Ray was the gentleman who assisted me, couldn’t have been more pleasant. 10/10 choice for dinner tonight on service alone“

“New Orleans is nortorius for not separating checks. I find this very inconvenient to the customer especially when you have party larger than two. Then it's very embarrassing to see customers passing the hat to pay for their portion of the meal with cash trying to figure out tax and tip. Everywhere I've been, there is no problem separating checks. I've been to New Orleans and requested separate checks and the waiters seem confused and then it becomes a huge delay. It's sad this restuarant has good food and atmosphere with this type of service and doesn't make it easy for customers to do business with them. They make easy for themselves but not for the customers. Go figure“

Sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being served by Charlie, who was super attentive and made the experience even better. I ordered the wedge salad, crab cake, and pork belly. The wedge salad and crab cake were my favorites — the crab cake had no filler and was full of flavor. I also learned they give free bread with meals, which I didn’t get to try this time but definitely plan to on my next visit. Portions are generous, so come hungry! Everything was a very large size, and I left feeling satisfied. Can’t wait to go back and try the bread pudding next time. Highly recommend if you’re in New Orleans and looking for a solid steakhouse experience with great service.“

“Experience wise our steaks was overcooked. I didn’t say anything cause the appetizer was fantastic. This was my son first time at a fine dining restaurant and he is 9. Our server Raymond made him feel like a king. My thing at a restaurant if you make my son happy I’m super happy. I have had Raymond before for my bday and he didn’t disappoint. When I tell you his service made me not care bout my steak. I’m also a waiter so to see another waiter handle himself the way he did i was super impressed. Sometimes it’s the small stuff that uplifts the experience. I recommend Raymond. Please make sure he sees this review cause when we come back with my son it’s only you I’ll want to wait on us. FYI my son chose your tip. I usually tip 20 to 22% he said your deserved more.“
