“Every time we order firehouse subs using asap, the order is messed. Today it was the kids drinks were listed as included but weren’t. Last time we ordered the kids cookie was not included. It’s little things but sheesh. The last time I picked up our food from the store, the cashier/ server argued with me that the drinks were in the bag but when I opened the bag, no drinks. Who puts drinks in a bag anyways? The subs are amazing but sheesh“

DERRIN or Pappa D as he told me to remember him easier. He was very knowledge of what he was talking to us about and made some great recommendations to us. He made us feel like family and wanted us to enjoy our visit. His recommendations were fantastic and delicious.
Even though they no longer have egg salad, I was very happy with the Sassy Scotty on the Bacon cheddar melt.
My wife had the Seasonal flavor; Deck the Holly Melt. She liked it very much. As we sat there eating, Derrin welcomed everyone in and did a great job of making them feel like family.

“I absolutely love ordering from this Subway. I come here very frequently for lunch time because I work relatively close and this location always exceeds my expectations. Even when there are mess ups, they always make it right and go the extra mile. Their employees always serve me fresh and hot food with positive attitudes. For example, today I ordered my meal online and showed up to the store within six minutes - the two employees working the front recognized me immediately and called me over to check out and grab my food.
