“We hired Elysian Events Catering for a large-scale Black Law Student convention, and they exceeded expectations from start to finish. Coordinating food service for a high-volume event is no small task, but their team handled it with impressive professionalism and efficiency. Communication leading up to the event was clear and efficient.
The food quality was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and prepared on time. Attendees frequently commented on how good the meals were, which is always a win at a convention. Dietary restrictions and special requests were handled thoughtfully.
What truly stood out was the organization. Their attention to detail and ability to adapt our requests made a big difference in the overall success of the convention. I would absolutely recommend them for any large-scale or high-pressure event and would not hesitate to work with them again.“

“We went there on the afternoon of 2/3/24. Mom had been wanting to try it and I actually thought they were closed on Saturdays but we drove by just in case and found them to be open. Atmosphere is, eh. There were no lemons for the sweet tea and they ran out of regular fries for my order so I had to substitute with sweet potato fries. But the burger made up for anything that might have been lacking. That burger was so flavorful and hot and juicy! One of THE best burgers I've had in a long time! It tasted like something I would have made at home. I really appreciated how good it was. And the sweet potato fries were piping hot! I'd go again.“

“We contacted them and they made recommendations based on our budget. Food was delivered hot and all of the dishes were spot on. Great flavor, great value, and amazing portions. The Rommel’s Salad was all the rave! Many commented that they could have drank the white balsamic dressing. Will definitely order from them again!!“

“Queen's Cuisine is definitely 5 out of 5 Beans using the old NOLA Tom Fitzmorris food critic scale. The stuffed Bell Pepper with shrimp and stuffed catfish fish exploded with flavor. The cornbread is old school from scratch, nothing frozen. If you're anywhere in NOLA metro, its a must stop. The dinning room is closed however you can call ahead or order from the window.“
“Smoking Aces catered a large event for my group. The food was delish. Pulled chicken was moist and tender. The sauce barely made it to the end of the line. Next time I will order more! “We stopped in on Saturday evening and ordered a special and a Chris Special. I had the Chris special and I’m not sure I’m going to even bother to try anything else on the menu because it was THAT GOOD. My husband ordered the special with a side of the hot chili garlic oil for dipping - really great! We shared an order of fries and had a side of Mack sauce and a side of honey mustard for dipping. It was a quiet night so we ordered a fountain Diet Coke and a Coke 🤣 - but saw there were some good liquor choices behind the counter and a pretty darned great selection of other canned/bottled beverages. Definitely coming back - definitely excellent.“

“You need to look no further for your cake artist. The CupCake Fairies provided personal and excellent customer service for our destination wedding. After getting a very and probably overly detailed acccout of what we were looking for she created an amazing delicious cake of our dreams and then went above and beyond by delivering to our airbnb after a long day of travel for us. They set up the cake for us perfectly at te venue. thank you so much.“

“We had messina’s catering for our destination wedding in New Orleans. The staff was very attentive and kind. I had planned this event mostly with Kaya, who was wonderful. The staff had food for us at the sweetheart table ready to go, and made SURE we both ate (which is hard to do at a wedding reception). They also did a marvelous job at customizing most of our dishes to be GF, and you literally could not tell at all ( if you know, you know). Everything was divine.
