“This is one of my favorite restaurants and even when I don’t get to go as often as I would like, every time I go, the quality of the food and drinks is the best. Today I went with my husband and toddler. We chose to eat outside because our son can get a little loud and wants to wander around. We ordered the special prickly pear margarita. I absolutely loved it. For me, it had the perfect balance of alcohol and sweetness. I would love if they would offer a frozen version too. I ate the fish ceviche with the prickly pear and I think it was perfect. It brought me back to my hometown in Yucatán where ceviche is sold on a daily basis. It was so fresh and again, had the perfect balance of lime juice and spicy flavor. And on a side note, we ordered a cheese quesadilla for my son and this is one of the few times where he has eaten the whole thing! The quesadilla had the perfect temperature to be eaten right away, the plate wasn’t hot, the quesadilla was soft, cheese was gooey. This made my evening because as a mother I noticed those details. “I had read a lot of reviews, so we decided to eat lunch there today while in town for a doctor’s appointment. We had never been here before. Parking lot was full at 11:30AM. Once inside, a waiter greeted us at the door and promptly seated us. We had the ribeye fajitas. Perhaps the best I’ve ever eaten. Very tender and juicy. Outstanding waiter and prompt service. Five star service and food. We’ll be back.“

“Minden location ❤️ HUGE shout out to one of our favorite local restaurants in Minden! I placed an order for pickup this evening with the impression that Sean would be back in time with our vehicle to pick it up before closing. As luck would have it, he got held up and wasn't going to be able to make it back in time. So I called the restaurant, in a panic 🥴, 10 minutes before closing and asked if I could pay someone to bring it to our shop which is about 1 mile away. Without hesitation, they said one of their workers would! A few minutes later, Michael (one of their waiters) showed up with a HUGE smile on his face and delivered our food! I seriously CANNOT express how grateful I am for the kindness of this business and their waiter who took the time to make sure I received our food after a long busy day for everyone. Folks, THIS is one of the BEST examples of what customer service and amazing hospitality is. Instead of choosing to say "tough luck, hate it for ya", they chose to go above and beyond by saying, "don't stress, we've got you!" We need more businesses like this. We need to support LOCAL more than we do. These businesses depend on us keeping it local. I can promise you that El Jimadore will continue to have our lifelong business and I will make sure to always ask for Michael when he's available. Queso is great, they have a nice variety of sauces and salsas to choose from, and their prep line is clean and tidy. Been going here for years! *whispers* In my opinion, Moe’s >>> that other similar place across the street 😉

My fajitas were delicious and there was plenty of food for leftovers, but the menu price on your FB page and the actual price is different by over $10.
