“We always try to go here when we are in New Orleans. Last weekend we took my niece for her first visit and she left her purse that was filled with all of her makeup. She was so upset because we are 5 hours away and she was starting school this week. I called the next morning and they located the bag and overnighted it to us! What a blessing! That is great customer service.“

“They have the best mochi donuts ever!! Every mochi donut I’ve ever tasted has a sickeningly sweet icing on top, unless I get a plain one with just powdered sugar. They do have that “beignet” style donut as well which was delicious. The donut quality themselves had a perfect light and chewy texture and are made of 100% rice flour for the GLUTEN-FREE folks out there. I was hesitant about getting the flavored glazed style ones, but I did since it was buy 3 get 1 free. I’m so glad I did too! I got dark chocolate hersheys and peanut butter, and they ended up being my favorite ones. Not too sweet at all and the chocolate was delicious and melty and not cold hard icing like other places.
The Korean fried chicken is the best in this city too! The soy garlic flavor was perfectly balanced, the chicken was juicy and crispy, and the fries with the cheese powder on top were super good and crispy as well!!
The lady behind the counter was so friendly! I have nothing but good things to say about this place! I hope more people find out about Mochi Machi to keep them in business!“

“Y’all HAVE to check out Joe's Cafe on North Causeway! I went on a Friday morning and the cook, Candis, made the most amazing omelet I’ve ever had ,!!!!! you can literally taste the love in every bite. I didn’t even know her name at first, but it was so good I had to ask around!

“This place is a hidden gem! The staff is committed to providing top notch service to their customers. I came in looking for some of their incredible cake donuts with strawberries and blueberries on top (yes- a donut with fresh fruit on top- yum!), and when they didn’t have any in the display case they offered to custom make them for me. While the girls were decorating my donuts, the other customers in the shop were all discussing how this shop is has the best service in town. Amazing donuts and top notch service- kudos to the owner for understanding that his employees are the heart and soul of this wonderful local business!“

“I had their chicken sandwich “The Rooster” and it was amazing! Their waffle fries are also a very unique texture that I’ve never had but it’s so crispy while being airy. The atmosphere is also really great, not too crowded or loud but you can still hear the awesome music they play. I haven’t had their donuts yet but I definitely recommend this place as a lunch/dinner spot. Service was always so great. The ladies working during my visit were so helpful and fun.“

“I ordered the Hungry Man's Stack. They have very good big thick pancakes, perhaps the best. The eggs and hash browns were as expected and the portion tamed this hungry man. So much so that I couldn't fit that good looking apple fritter calling to me. Maybe next time.“

“My first experience at a Cafe Du Monde was at this location a few days ago. The staff was extremely kind and the environment was calm even though it is located inside the mall. It was a good break from the mall environment and super cute! The beignets were delicious, I can understand why they are a staple! Thank you for your kind hospitality to the Cafe Du Monde staff at this location! We appreciate you all!“

“I just left the Dunkin in Weston WV and I want to give the 2 guys working a HUGE round of applause. They were the only 2 there to take and prepare all of the orders. Let me tell you, they were busy, but they were more polite and courteous than I have seen from places that were fully staffed. They deserve a bonus for sure. “joes has good food an donuts dey are freshly made every day an your food will be made fresh also so come an look at our menu and see all the things we have to serve you ❤️❤️❤️ I been with the company for 2 an half years I'm a chef at the westwego location so come an check us an me out in westwego an I tell ppl to check out the swamp fries 🍟 wen I tell you the JoJo sauce is so good 👍😊 it comes with 2 bags of fries an 4oz shrimp 🍤 and 2 pieces of fish 🐟 it's so delicious 😋🤤😋🤤 you can get it on the side or have the sauce poured on everything however you like it....but y'all come see us at Joe's cafe westwego you want regret it trust me my name is Dinah but at work everyone calls me Ms Dee come see me at Joe's westwego on the expressway across from Piggly wiggly.. love 😘 you all ..“

“I didn't even get to eat my food right away, but when I did eat it- it was bomb! I mean I had to microwave it and it was still THAT GOOD! I had the Grits bowl with chicken sausage, my eggs over medium and a side of hash browns. Listen, if you can microwave grit and they maintain their creamy integrity- somebody doin' it right!“
