“First, I’m a restaurant manager. I care about customer service so much. I’m new to this state and I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times after having spinal surgery not even allowed to move. Every time I’ve come into this McDonald’s there’s a manager packing the food up. I don’t know if it’s two different ladies or the same lady, but my customer service either way was above and beyond excellent very warming very sweet very fast very kind, ladies whether it’s the same woman or two different women You know you guys switch your look up so I couldn’t tell, All I know is it the lady I encountered today deserves everything in life and the later I encountered yesterday I feel the same as well! They genuinely look like they enjoyed their jobs. Everything was going smooth. I got my stuff fast with a smile on their face. Happy to Assist me. I’ll be praying for these ladies I ran into. I hope they get everything they’re looking for just off their customer service alone.! Never ran into this type of customer service at any McDonald’s in my life. And I’m hurt right now meant the world to me. I’m not even supposed to be out of the house so they got me in and out of there in no time.“
“The service at this location was outstanding. I had just arrived on an early morning flight and was looking for a quick breakfast. The Egg McMuffin was the best I've ever tasted! The employees were so nice and attentive. Thanks for the wonderful experience.“
“I've been going to this McDonalds for a long time as I pass through New Orleans. It is still the same except for the fact that the prices are outrageous. If you just need a quick bite of food just off the interstate, this is a perfect place. They have clean restrooms too.“

The employees make the difference. The crew members are polite- they verify your order, offer condiments. We used the drive-thru at 8:30pm, the young lady that took our order was extremely polite and the young man that gave us our meal was also very polite. Other McDonald's need to visit this location and take notes!“
