Management finds innovative ways to keep the drive-thru moving quickly, such as bringing food to customers' vehicles while they are still in line. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There is a play area for kids, making it a nice option for families. One suggestion for improvement is for drive-thru order takers to have a menu with them, as it can be difficult for customers to see the menu while waiting in line. During busy hours, there may be long wait times in the drive-thru, as was experienced by one customer who waited nearly 45-50 minutes for their food. However, the quality of the food was still reported to be good.
