“Classic neighborhood place. The red beans were unique and I like them, they had a hint of vinegar. My husband had a roast beef poboy that he did not like the flavor of. I liked their made to order fried catfish. Very clean oil and delicate breading.”

“On our first visit in Marrero, Jasmine was our waitress. My husband has to have limitations with his food choices. No problem, Jasmine helped with suggestions and the cook prepared it perfectly. Now on my 2nd visit, Jasmine not only remembered me but asked where was my husband. She not only remembered us but what we ate. As I dined alone, she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable! And then as I placed a take-out order for my husband, she had suggestions due to his salt restrictions in his diet. What a memory! In my life, I have NEVER met anyone with such a remarkable memory - and she is so kind and helpful. We will be regulars now. Jasmine - here we come. Thank you for helping us so much!!! “This place has been around for a few years but I went back last night for a girls night and let me tell you they were amazing . I noticed that they changed the way they plated the food and added a few touches like grilled pineapple & an edible flower . I don’t remember the guys name who served us but it was his first day and he was perfect ! He got all of our orders correct , made all 12 of us our special alcoholic beverages in a timely manner . He was very sweet & friendly . The vibe was perfect ! 10/10 🥰”

“Usually I left a 5 star review before I think but I ordered few times Caramel milk tea ugh ok! and few days ago last week he was making my drink and somehow a long black thin hair flown inside my drink and he didn’t see it in the drink that had black hair in it to resolve it that was in the bubble shop and totally wasn’t my hair because I had fully bleached blonde silver hair.I had turned my drink around when I realized it was black hair was still in there when I got and sat home afterwards.Oh well I hope next time they can see better and try to avoid anything that shouldn’t be in my drink.I’m not asking for free drink but to resolve it.This wasn’t my first trip so I’ve been here many times.But not often.”

“My boyfriend and I visited this little bar a few weeks ago in New Orleans with his father who goes often. It made me think of the old show "Cheers". The small bar was packed (they were having a pool tournament), but just about every person greeted him. It has a real "family" feel, even for new people to the bar. Check it out if you get a chance!”

“My absolute favorite New Orleans Original on the westbank. The staff at the drive thru are always fast and attentive. The daquiris are consistently on point, especially for 2 for $10 tuesdays. The specials are consistent each specific day of the week and are easy to take advantage of.”

“I had the best experience with the service at your Marrero location, the girl at the window name was Gabby and she was just awesome!!! She was very helpful, super sweet and so very polite. It is not often lately that you get excellent service in the fast food industry but I definitely had that today and I will be back again, because of the service I received today. Customer service was 100% and it was a great experience. When I mentioned that I had tried the burgers before and they were good but I thought the buns were a bit greasy to me, Gabby suggested that I order the burgers with no butter on the buns and that was an excellent suggestion, they were so much better. Keep up the great training because it is showing in both your employees attitude and customer service.”
