“We wanted to try something new for dessert and found this place while driving down Severn. After reading over the menu option — there is a wide variety of sweet & savory items — we settled on a dark chocolate milk shake and crème brûlée crepe with strawberries. Absolutely amazing! We did not expect it to be as delicious as it was and now we can’t wait to come back for another sweet crepe. Definitely recommend giving this a try if you haven’t already.“

“Great coffee and atmosphere“

“I used to go to Bonefish grill in Maryland, then I moved and the closest was Irvine, California, an hour from home. I went there occasionally, then I went and it was closed. So, I haven't been in a few years.
So, January 22, 2026 I was in New Orleans, and saw they had one, so I had to go. It did not disappoint. Same great taste that I remember. I got the bang-bang shrimp, and fish tacos with mango salsa.“

“We drove from Lafayette to Metairie just to go to Everyday KETO To Go! This little bakery is every type 1 diabetic/ Celiac’s dream come true! Everything was 5 carbs or less. Our son has throughly enjoyed everything we splurged on so far from cheesecake to cookies, pancakes and more. They were so sweet and welcoming, we’ll definitely be back!“

“I’m a regular PF Chang customer. I travel from the westbank of Greater New Orleans to the east bank to dine at PF Changs. Well, today’s visit did start off going good. My server was overwhelmed and lacking in service. Before I could really lose my composure, Tanya (manager) appeared from nowhere. She could see that I was not happy. She was so understanding about my complaints and sis not hesitate in extending her apologies. She did not make any excuses. She just assured me that she would personally make sure that my problem would be resolved. She served with a smile and did not make me feel like I was just another nagging customer. She made me feel like, me being happy with my service and food was her ultimate goal. It turned out to be one of my best experiences at P F Chang. It’s always great to know that a restaurant has a real manager!!! Kudos also to Jordan. He is so humble and attentive. My 8 y.o. godchild really enjoyed the experience and says it’s his favorite restaurant. Thanks again PF Chang!“

“Everything we had in our to-go (pick-up) order on New Year's Eve was delicious. Especially good were the Channa Masala, Bhindi Gosht, and Saag Paneer. The items we ordered to be prepared spicy were perfect. The service was friendly and prompt.“

“I brought my son to the Metairie LA store today at approximately 7:30pm. This is the first time I had an awful experience. I could not even eat my food. I ordered a burger xtra lettuce xtra MOOYAH sauce grilled onions no pickles wheat bun. A family in front of me placed their to dine in and were given a number. A young lady fixed their food with gloves on her hands and brought it to the family and she takes the number from them with the SAME gloves on her hands and proceeds behind the counter to fix the next order. Sliding her gloved hands along the counter. She goes to the grill to work on the next order. She slides the patty off of the spatula on to the bun with the SAME gloved hands. She then puts the fries in the bag but a handful fell on the counter. She picks the fries up off the counter with the SAME gloved hands and puts them in the bag. Calls my name to tell me that my order is ready. I tell her that I do not want it please make my order over. I take it to go when I get home the order is completely wrong!!! I’m so hungry but upset!!! I’ll be calling them tomorrow.“

“Customer service with Ashlee and Lourdes was awesome. They were very attentive and recommended all the good delicious things La Madeleine had to offer! They took my order right before closing time with a positive attitude and a big smile on their face. Will definitely return for their good food and amazing service.“
