“I ordered the shrimp platter, was pleasantly surprised that they offered it fried or grilled. I went with the grilled. The cole slaw was ok, but nothing special, the fries were very good and the shrimp was fantastic!. Good size, cooked perfectly, nicely seasoned and grilled with onions and a little greem pepper. If I'm ever in the area again, I will be sure to stop by again!“

“I wanted chicken fried steak, but no gravy. And I wanted to wait 20 minutes to eat it. So I asked the chef (not cook- chef!) if he could make it into a sandwich. He charged the price of a dinner, then created a fantastic sandwich (with fries on the side) from the components. IMO, this one should be a regular menu option !! I even tried to call him back to appreciate him, but he had already left for the day.“

“Great food. When you are in the mood for shrimp and burgers. One of the most perfect temp fried shrimp in Louisiana. High quality, golden brown, flash fried crispy and not too greasy breading. The burgers are awesome. Always enjoy visiting with the owner. The only downside maybe, is the dining area is simple, not always... kept-up.
