“Ordered 2 mcdoubles with no onions, checked the top and bottom bun and there was none but went to take a bite and it was full of onion between the two Patties melted into the cheese. Had to scrape the onions off but still tasted good. Fries and tea were good too. People with onion allergies do a thorough check of your food.“

“Since discovering The Buzz, it has rapidly become one of my favorite places in Lake Charles! I live on the other side of town but go out of my way at least once a week to fuel my frozen Yellow Jacket addiction. I was given a taste of their Popeye New Orleans snowball, absolutely FABULOUS, so good that I’ll probably double my visits when summer gets here. Everyone that works there is always in great moods, SMILING and genuinely seems happy to be there. If I need to meet with a client or someone for business, this is my first go to place and so far, everyone has loved it. When you put the fabulous coffee & treats with the overall ambience it makes something such as a mundane coffee stop turn into a delicious feel good experience! Bonus information…The Buzz is a small, women owned local business AND is less expensive than her big corporate competitor!!! #supportsmalllocalbusiness“

“While visiting Lake Charles I stopped by this little coffee shop and had an amazing time! I got a cold brew customized to my liking and they perfected it! I did a build our own sandwich as well and it did not disappoint. I recommend visiting during Mardi Gras season and trying their king cake as well!
Overall a great place with a wonderful staff!“

“Everyone here is always SO nice and friendly. They are knowledgeable about the drinks they make and what goes in them! If you are indecisive about what to order they will offer their recommendation after asking a few questions, and every time I’ve been impressed! If your drink isn’t what you wanted or if you aren’t satisfied with how it tastes, they will remake it for you! When they greet you on the loud speaker they always sound so friendly! My fav Starbucks by far!
Kid-friendliness: I always ask them to make a fun, non-caffeinated, drink for my little ones and they never disappoint.“

“Best place of coffee in Lake Charles“
“This is a new location so we are very happy that Jennings finally has a Starbucks! My daughter and I were about to travel out of town so we stopped for gas and then drinks at Starbucks. We were both very pleased with what we ordered. I am assuming because they are newly opened it's a bit harder to forecast sales and therefore hard to determine how much inventory to order or they were just way more busy than they forecasted since they were out of a few items that they were out of. They were able to make our order anyway and we got our drinks and went on our way. Service was awesome and quick!“

“My son was craving a good donut and of course it was later in the afternoon! So we went to Dunkin’ and the young lady (forgot to get a name) was very sweet and professional! He is 11 so he is trying to be independent and order on his own. She was patient and helped him navigate through his order! He said the donuts were delicious!“

“These people were prepared for me! Everyone had amazing energy as soon as I walked up. I had a wonderful discussion with a manager, even as she trained a new hire. The coffee was perfect and I plan on going back. I suggest choosing this Starbucks as your "go-to." It's inside Kroger on the corner of Nelson and Country Club; see ya there“

“Love their breakfast burritos!!! Made to order!“
“So first off I'm going to give a bit of context: 1.) I'm have severe social anxiety 2.) I was trying something new 3.) I had no service so when I tried to pull out the app to order it wouldn't load.
I don't know who it was but the person who took my order was so sweet and helpful, when I couldn't get the words out to order my drink they started to ask questions to narrow it down and get what I wanted. To whoever took my drink order: Thank you so much! You were so accommodating when most people would have just ignored my problem and had me step aside until I could order on my own. - Icarus“
“Been going over 7years at least 3 times a week the people there are great good people friendly and very good coffee no other Starbucks can make my coffee like this place I don't even go anywhere else even if I'm out of town I'll just drink coffee at hotel or something I've tried other places Noone can fix it like my Kroger Sulphur Starbucks great friendly staff and great coffee“

“Very satisfied with this location. They are a new establishment so a few bumps are to be expected - I placed an order on Christmas day because they showed as open on the app (along with another Starbucks in Lake Charles) and they were closer so I went with them. I got there and the store was closed. I went back on 12/27 to see about getting the drink or a refund, and they gladly honored and made the drink for me very quickly!“
