“Ordered 2 mcdoubles with no onions, checked the top and bottom bun and there was none but went to take a bite and it was full of onion between the two Patties melted into the cheese. Had to scrape the onions off but still tasted good. Fries and tea were good too. People with onion allergies do a thorough check of your food.“

“While visiting Lake Charles I stopped by this little coffee shop and had an amazing time! I got a cold brew customized to my liking and they perfected it! I did a build our own sandwich as well and it did not disappoint. I recommend visiting during Mardi Gras season and trying their king cake as well!
Overall a great place with a wonderful staff!“

“Everyone here is always SO nice and friendly. They are knowledgeable about the drinks they make and what goes in them! If you are indecisive about what to order they will offer their recommendation after asking a few questions, and every time I’ve been impressed! If your drink isn’t what you wanted or if you aren’t satisfied with how it tastes, they will remake it for you! When they greet you on the loud speaker they always sound so friendly! My fav Starbucks by far!
Kid-friendliness: I always ask them to make a fun, non-caffeinated, drink for my little ones and they never disappoint.“

“I absolutely adore this place !!! You’re paying for quality, you receive your food quickly , they always find a means to cater to the customer.
Always have music playing for the majority of the customer groups that are in there or play cartoons for the kids. ALWAYS something new there.
Foods always made fresh and is REALLY filling. Even if you’re not too sure what to get or what you might be craving; the employees always have FANTASTIC recommendations.
Not to mention their cakes they make; their cakes are BEAUTIFUL and so so so sweet!! I love that you can completely customise everything 100%, no matter what flavour you get.
The manager of this place is really really nice, they make sure things get done no matter what!

“This is a new location so we are very happy that Jennings finally has a Starbucks! My daughter and I were about to travel out of town so we stopped for gas and then drinks at Starbucks. We were both very pleased with what we ordered. I am assuming because they are newly opened it's a bit harder to forecast sales and therefore hard to determine how much inventory to order or they were just way more busy than they forecasted since they were out of a few items that they were out of. They were able to make our order anyway and we got our drinks and went on our way. Service was awesome and quick!“

“This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in the Lake Charles area! Troy is the best!! He’s very welcoming, I feel like I’m home when I visit. I’m always met with a smile by all of the staff! I remember a time when they didn’t have oat milk one day and were very apologetic about it and gave me the option of using almond instead— as a consolation, I was given a cake pop, how thoughtful! They’ve fixed several coffees that were previously bought from the Prien Lake location due to being in proximity to it at the time. I haven’t been disappointed. I do hope people who’ve had a less than satisfactory experience give them another try!“

“This is one of the best starbucks I have ever been to! Came here 4 times during our trip and every time the workers were friendly and made the drinks right! They even went above and beyond prepping my mobile order of like 7 drinks. Double insulted the drink carriers and put heat stoppers in all the drinks. This place is a well oiled machine.“

“I loved the service, and the people are so nice! The place was very clean and there were plenty of tables to sit at. I did have to wait a little while for my drink, but there were quite a few people there so I understand. It was worth the wait though! I'll definitely be going there again! 😊👍“
