“I had the Stella, an americano with a 1²³:1 ratio of espresso to water, chilled, shaken, and strained. I chose the Ethiopian because I prefer more fruit forward beans. It was spectacular! Sure, it's not a large drink, but it was very rich in flavor from not being over diluted as per a traditional americano. Next time, I want to try the espresso flight. My husband always gets a cappuccino when we try a new coffee shop and was very impressed. The ambiance is classy casual and would be a great spot for a casual intimate day date or to work/study.“
“My Americano from here was decent and I have high standards for my espresso. However, I would suggest skipping the pastries (they told me their croissants were from Costco), and the barista told my friend they did pour overs, but actually had no idea how to make one. It was very strange. This coffee stall is located inside the stunning and historic St. Roche Market, which is a cool space.“

They Had different non dairy options available. (I’m allergic to cow milk) best flat white since I found flat white in Australia 3 years ago. Guys working here are super nice and friendly too!!!! Great experience! They have some gluten-free and vegan breakfast bars, too From girls gone vegan. I had the blueberry lavender and it was a little too sweet for my taste but it’s nice to have some options! I’ll definitely be back!!!!! Thanks!!!!“
“I have coffee dates with my aunt at least once a month at CR. Each and every time we have experienced nothing less than concierge level customer service from staff. Appreicate the atmospehere, including the music selection the staff plays, that creates a warm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend CR for anyone looking for an authentic coffe shop expeirence. They even have a great patio to sit and enjoy those sunny days while sipping your drink.“
“Came in this morning and was greeted immediately and felt like my best friend was making my coffee. I had a request to leave out the ice in my coffee because I won’t be able to drink it until later, and i didn’t want the ice to melt and make it watery. Corsiatto was so friendly and had no problem doing that for me. I felt like writing a review because I’ve had this request at other coffee shops around, and they have always been rude about it.
